“We loved everything about this property. The room was large and comfortable with a lovely balcony and a large day bed for relaxing. Staff were exceptional, complimentary on call drivers, lovely pool with the added bonus of being able to endlessly watch the monkeys in their habitat next door. This property has such a peaceful vibe and is set in stunning garden surrounds. We loved the breakfast selection and the added touch of a library and a book with Balinese folk stories left in the room to read.”

“The hotel is just ok. It is listed as 5* but is a bit outdated. If you are European this will be a decent 3* hotel rather than 5*.
It needs a bit of refurbishments.
Outside of that everything was perfect! The staff is super helpful and go way above to accommodate you. The restaurants are ok. The room was spacious and clean, but a bit mouldy smell. We enjoyed the stay and it was good value for money, but didn’t wowed us.”
