“Everything, amazing services and great staff.”

  • “They didn't offered break fast to us even said pick up not included. I prefer to book directly face to face no through booking.com because booking.com shows the price low then the property don't offer brea k fast and Shuttle service to the airport.”

  • “I have mixed feelings. It's not a real 5 star hotel by international standards although it has the tick boxes of a gym and resort style pool etc. On the positive side it's generally a nice ambience if a little dated. The staff are friendly and helpful. But there are also negatives: sound insulation is one of the worst I've experienced- literally can hear people coughing 2 rooms away or plugging in phones on the shared walls. 2 elevators for 15+ floors. A good breakfast in terms of range and quality marred by the unrelenting atmosphere with swarms of kids... yeah I know eid makes it worse but still five stars are for relaxing. Also the services are relatively expensive and their pool bar prices equal European prices when they add vat and compulsory service charges.”

    “Location of the hotel”

  • Ibis Styles Jakarta Airport Review score: 1

“We arrived well after the check in time and the rooms were not ready after we had travelled 22hrs. Staff kept telling us we have to wait. The bathrooms in the rooms are badly broken. They did not provide any soap to wash your hands. We went for breakfast at 6am, no staff available to help or prepare eggs. Lots of food items cold and missing labels. Rooms have musty smell.”

“Stayed for 4 nights around the start of Eid. Communal spaces are nice and we spent most of one day in the hammocks. Ardi is a lovely man and a kind host. Free earplugs because of nearby mosque! Didn’t like the welcome from a large cockroach in our bedroom upon arrival. Bathroom looks dirty. Nothing a deep clean couldn’t fix but also the extractor fan for the bathroom does not work. Communal kitchen is handily supplied with complimentary noodles and breakfast cereals with milk in the fridge, but the general cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Spotted cockroach number 2 behind sink on 3rd day, confirming hygiene concerns. Overall, value for money is not great. It’s a backpacker hostel with access to area with western food places and bars. Maybe we are too old!!”
