“The accommodation was alright, good bed, clean room, AC ok but the shower didn’t work well.
Be aware that if you come during ramadan, there are many mosques around and you will have very loud speakers all day and all night. You get awake with the speaker at 3:30 5:00 6:30… and goes on until 23:00 sometimes later.
We didn’t have the luck to experience the accommodation on another period, could more quiet I guess.
We rented a bike with the manager Ahmad but the bike was very dangerous, we had issue with it every time we used it. We finally could change it after couple of days but still had to pay full price the bike…”
“The hotel is new, clean, the territory is well-kept. The rooms are clean, there is a kettle, tea/coffee, toiletries. We stayed with a small child, a huge plus is the presence of a shared kitchen. Kadek (the owner of the hotel) and his family are wonderful people 😊 teri makasi”
“We stayed on the eve of Nyepi. Being located next to the Muslim quarter we were able to continue with food access at the restaurant but remained restricted to the home stay. Staff very pleasant and on arrival they quickly arranged for Jenny to drive us to the Turtle Sanctuary. Upon return there was a huge downpour and a leak in our room was quickly remedied by moving us to a dry adjacent room. A good response under the circumstances. Access to the beach is pleasant as well.”
