    “Stayed: 11–13 April 2025 The hotel room wasn't very spacious, but it was sufficient for resting and sleeping. The king-size bed was comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. The room was clean, and the water pressure in the bathroom was strong, which made for a refreshing shower. What stood out most was the hospitality — the operator was incredibly friendly and kind. He was always ready to guide me whenever I felt unsure or needed help, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, it was a good experience and definitely value for money.”

    “We stayed for 10 days and absolutely loved it. Clean and big room, with a fantastic view. The tranquility and calmness of this place sorrounded by jungle is unreal - perfect if you want a relaxing getaway. Breakfast is great with a lot of variety, an extra thanks to the attentive staff. It is a short walking distance to good resturants with more affordable prices, we walked through the neighbour resort as mentioned in another review on booking.com. Beautiful beach and we also loved the pool area. The massage at the beach was amazing. Constructive: would be nice if the staff were more available at the beach/pool for ordering drinks. It would also be lovely with free supply of drinking water, but it is not far to shops. All in all a perfect stay. Would strongly recommend if you're looking for a place to unwind and relax. Thank you so much again from room 210!”

    “The room is super spacious, high speed wifi, lots of power socket, king bed, esthetic, clean. Got kettle and fridge, wardrobe. It is just that the towel size is slightly small. The water pressure is slightly low maybe because this room is 4th floor. The cons is no elevator. But the staff helped us to bring the luggage together. So those who carry 30kg luggage onwards need to do some workout hahaha”

    “Nice beach, helpful airport transfer. Service average for 5 star, pool bar very slow and lots of waiting. Room cleaning very minimal. Breakfast had lots of options. Lovely sunsets. Not amazing with babies in restaurants on the beach but they do have high chairs.”

    “Great facilities and comfortable rooms. The sunloungers by the pool were extremely comfortable and it was great to have bikes available to use. Buffet breakfast was sublime, best we’ve ever had. Our check in experience was unfortunately quite soured by a gentleman that took to immediately abruptly questioning us to sign up to Accor program, without any level of detail on what it was, questioning us about why we did not have a credit card and that using our debit card to make purchases is risky at the hotel. Nothing was explained in any level of detail and left us not confident at all in anything we were responding to. This whole experience left us extremely uncomfortable and honestly quite shaken especially after just arriving in a foreign country. All other staff members were extremely pleasant however for a 5 star resort, staff directly engaging with guests should be able to communicate with basic English. The young gentleman working in the breakfast area, believe his name is Loo, always had the most welcoming smile on his face. He should be commended for how he makes other guests feel. Recommend the resort adds more shuttles to the town.”

    “Good water pressure, super nice view, time feels so slow and we really enjoyed staying here. To go to cable park just need to follow the escalators beside the hotel. 3 escalators then u already arrived cable car and kiss of the sea. There is halal restaurant nearby, walking distance. At night, it is quiet area as it is quite far from night market. But dont worry buggy service is super cheap compared in grand world”
