    “We paid 150€ per night expecting at least a comfortable and pleasant stay, but the hotel was a big letdown. For maybe 70€, and without the unbearable smell, it could have been acceptable. The hotel was very basic, not at all cozy or charming like in the pictures – only the breakfast room had some of that atmosphere. The worst part was the room: it smelled awful due to the bathroom sinks, and the odor only got worse when we returned after breakfast. Truly unpleasant and made it hard to relax. The room was also not 100% clean - we found some hair in the bedsheets, quite gross. Breakfast was poor and underwhelming. It ends at 10am, but we arrived at 9:15 and most things were already gone. Only after 10 minutes did someone come and ask what we’d like, and then it took another 10 minutes to bring just bread and pancakes. No fruit, no vegetables – forget a nice breakfast, and forget a quick one too. It was slow, disorganized, and disappointing. Another big disappointment: the hotel heavily promotes its rooftop, which was one of the main reasons we booked it. But during our stay in April, it was closed. We were told it only opens in May. We weren’t even allowed up to the terrace to enjoy the view, which felt very misleading.”
