    “Loved the bright interactions with the lively staff - and the daring design throughout! So refreshing after so many bland minimalist hotels. Location was great, close to the peaceful Canal de Brienne and a short walk to the sights around the Capitole. Very dog friendly and my first hotel to make only one charge for the dog for the entire stay - unlike most who profiteer by unreasonably charging daily. With parking too, it's my number one in Toulouse.”

    “The Location is very handy. It is a family owned business and it is run by them, which makes the ambient nicer. Lena is very knowledgeable about the religious activities and their schedules and gives nice insights on what to do and when. Antoine on the other hand was very good indicating activities for kids and of general interest. Both were very accommodating and provide full support when and as required. They were very kind to my kids and family members too. Good price.”

    “The hotel foyer is impressive but the room was minimalist and stark. We ate dinner in the restaurant once, it’s a shocker, the food seemed like heated up frozen meals. The breakfast was even worse, all the breakfast functions crowded into one corner so only one person could access anything. The coffee machine, toaster, and hot food all so crowded. Soggy croissants, unidentified blended juices, coffee machine coffee was very weak. However, the very friendly woman on reception is excellent, she was very helpful and pleasant.”

    “First of all, the pictures do not do this place justice!! The bedroom decor is ok! It's not your 5* palace but it's well worth the cost. The place is clean, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast for €7 is simple but worth it. The shower is basic and a bit smallish BUT plenty of pressure and hot water, not like other places we have stayed at around the world where they run out of hot water!”
