    “The apartment had everything we needed and was really nice to stay at! I would say that currently this is the very good option for staying in Nikolaev if you prefer proximity to the infrastructure and city center. Spacious apartment with an amazing view of the town and Tcentralny avenue from the windows. A convenient decor and furniture. There is nothing to complain about, everything was just good about this apartment! The apartment was super clean.The apartment are equipped with everything you would need for a living. Perfect location in a quiet and prestigious area of Nikolaev, only 2 minutes away from a big supermarket ATB and City Center. Some nice restaurants just a few minutes away from the apartment. The night city view from the windows is amazing... Will definitely come back again!”

    “Really comfortable stay overall! Room was not very big but enough to be comfortable and bed more than adequate. Good temperature overnight. Bathroom conveniently organized. The structure takes an environmental view to toiletries so there are dispensers in the shower and next to the bathroom sink for soap and shower gel/shampoo. Breakfast is included in the price of the room and one can choose one beverage and two dishes out of a list that is diverse enough. I only drank one espresso and was good. Staff was kind and helpful. Would book again.”
