“luxury hotel but unfortunately in wrong place, in a village by main road 3 miles north of Komarmo. but has no bar nor restaurant, there is a services next door but shuts at 18.00hrs. found myself having to go back to Komarno and I was cycling which spoilt things couldn't rate hotel or staff high enough for their help and warm welcome”

“Hotel will try to cheat double price. I payed through booking.com. When I check-in, I told pay again. Because payment through booking.com is deposit for reservation. So I payed again. After then, I checked terms and found payed double. I asked pay back twice. They told me cancel at booking.com then refund. I requested to cancel, but no responce this two days...”
“Nice place, but there was some things which in my opinion should been cared about.. the fridge in my room was not working.. the temperature inside was the same as outside (as room temperature). There was no trash bin in the room, no hair dryer (just empty box), and the shower faucet wasn't working properly..(the adjuster was loose and IT causes that there was just a very very hot water..). When it comes to cleanliness it was generally okay, however, there was everywhere a smell of dampness (inside the room as in the corridor). Also, in general, a little more care could be taken in the place;)”
