    “Rooms are very good and have everything you need, the breakfast is great and the lady is very nice and helpful. Unfortunately self service booking in is terrible, it wants your post code in the UK We use letters and numbers but the machine does not have this. When I actually worked out I could put any number in there the machine started to print my door key but then stopped. In the end I found the number for the night person who in the end came out and gave me a key. This process took over 1 hour from getting there to getting in my room.”

    “Breakfast is great with a good variety as compare to most EU hotels. Room was spacious. However, my room facing the inner court (restaurant) was very noisy when I opened my window because guests were sitting there chatting. Flushing system in the room was not so good too. The hotel parking area is dark and narrow. Was unable to see a clear left turn sign at the entry. Once you miss the turn, making a reverse will cause your car to knock onto their entry bar and finally you must bear the repair costs.”
