    “Amazing concept, professional staff and good breakfast buffet . While waiting to sleep in our Icehotel room no comfortable sitting or lazy chairs. Even they charge for the cup of coffee even you are paying so much money to stay in ice room. Waiting time was boring and uncomfortable. Once you are back from ice room in the morning no hot drink is offered to us. We were shivering. Instead when we switched to warm room we got free coffee chocolate and hot chocolate I wish they could have offered all this before and free ice room experience. Outside esthetics were not good. No one was inside the real Iceroom lobby and restaurant to welcome guests or answer any queries.”

    “Our stay at the Aurora Dome was truly special! It was such a unique experience to be in the tent, surrounded by nature. We could see the dogs nearby, and hearing them bark happily just added to the charm. The facilities were great, and we could have access to a sauna if we wanted to relax. The tent itself was amazing—comfortable, cozy, and beautifully set up. The staff were also incredibly kind and welcoming. We loved every moment!”

    “The place was nice and comfy. It was close to a frozen lake so when the aurora hits, it was exceptional. The place fits for the 4 of us, with a complete set of kitchen utensils for cooking.”
