“There was no heating or hot water as it had broken down. We went to bed with our clothes on. No staff on site and no one to call after 10pm when we realised as we arrived late.
The breakfast staff in the morning were very nice and the breakfast was lovely as was the room and balcony and view. Absolutely comfortable just cold and no hot water.
They said they were calling maintenance. It’s a big company that owns a loads of properties called StayFritz.
Also nowhere secure to leave bags while you go walking so we have asked the next door hotel which has a reception.”
