How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The guys in the room above us were having a party all night, me, my wife and our 3 year old couldn't sleep all night. Is far from what you see in the pictures, not very clean and a bit smelly. We definitely regret that we booked this

Everything was great.
We have enjoyed our stay a lot. The room was nicer then we expected. It was all the time warm inside (cold October), very clean, easy self check-in, 5 towels, kettle, nice and cozy inside. We had great rest.

First of all there was no way to park around, i park more then a km away, the room was way smaller then in pictures, 3 poor channels on tv and even they don't work properly, ventilation in the bath so annoying, old bed with springs 😅 and the funny part was that i couldn't sleep half night because of neighbours screaming kicking the doors, going out and in, otherwise everything ok. I was one step away to move out in the middle of the night. I hope others will have more luck.
I like that they're close to center and have tea.

Small room without window and no soundproof at all, thankfully the neighbours where quiet otherwise you can hear everything.
Close to the city centre, easy check in and out. The heating was strong.

Everything was nice.
Space management was just on point. I really loved the upper bed, it made me feel really confortable. One room like that can easily host 4 people while talking about sleeping space. Despite the lack of space, we had a little table with cups and an electric water heater and a really nice metalic hanger where we could also put our shoes or luggage. As i said, the space management of the room is well though.

Would be nice a parking space but you can park on the street, and bathroom ventilation would be a plus

The shower was trembling with every move, the bed sheets were covered with glitter and the upstairs mattress, the sheet had a hole in it :(

The room was to small i feel like I remain without air.You can hear any noise from the corridor. The room was not ready to check-in at 2. One of the lady told me to Iet my luggage in the room,then I went out to eat, when I came back 4 o’clock the room door was open, the cleaning was not done, anyone could enter in the room, not safe at all. I had to go after the girl to call her to clean. Not professional:(

The staircase leading to the economy rooms wasn't the best Probably a temporary thing but just to state that it would be better to have something more comfortable
The room exceeded my expectaion. For the amount paid, it was totally worth it. I would recommend it to any visitor.

Was not able to get access to the property as the host was not available when arrived at the property. Tried to reach me host by phone and text message and did not get a reply soon enough only within a half hour. I had to book another hotel at midnight because host was unreachable and cost me three times as much. Host would not refund me the money for the night I did not stay.

The pictures don’t match up what you book, I understand that you have to scroll through everything, and then you see the actual options. But that is just a scummy practice imo. The second thing is the common “kitchen”. It is no kitchen. It is a room with chairs and tables and a microwave. We went over there with the idea that we will be making our food tonight and carried over a huge bag of everything. Nope, had to order junk food. That pretty much ruined the stay, but it was only for one night so I don’t care.
It’s an okay property.
