I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s located in a quiet area, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is truly exceptional – friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. I would like to highlight a specific situation where the hotel staff went above and beyond for me. My flight was delayed, and I arrived at the hotel at 4 AM. They kindly arranged for me to do a self-check-in, making the process incredibly smooth and stress-free. I also appreciated that my room was warm and welcoming, especially since it was -5°C outside. I really appreciated their flexibility and thoughtfulness. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

There was problem with electricity and wi-fi, but it was repaired fast. It was not pleasant cause we came on december 31 th. Location from downtown is about 14 min with car and more than 01:15 with foot.

Everything was clean and friendly. It is quiet and good place to stay. Breakfast is tasty and fresh, and there is everything you may like to eat. Stuff is cool. Bathroom is clean.

Our room was on the 3rd, last floor. There is no elevator in the hotel (which was fine by us), but this might create a problem for elderlies and handicapped persons.

I was very satisfied with the hotel: very clean, pleasant atrium, ideal to sit and relax, rooms are neat and cozy, nice assortment of toiletries, beds are very comfortable, sheets of high quality. Hotel is situated some 2 km from center, but the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, which we found to be the benefit (in comparison to the accommodation in the very center)

The room was smelly from the toilet, dim lights with no possibility to increase intensity, bathroom door didn’t close properly.

Nota 7 Overall the hotel looks good, clean. Parking in front of the hotel and another space around the corner. Breakfast it is what it is supposed to be, buffet. Situated at the city perifery, it is easy to have a personal car than use taxi. Neibourhood seems ok, but also have some doubts about safety.

This hotel is still known as the Koronna, it's former na.e under different management. Taxi drivers should be informed of the change. This hotel is located in a residential district some distance from the town centre. I made it work using the number 2 tram. Some other guests may find it a bit isolated.

A memory foam pad of sorts on tge bed made for a good night's sleep. Good breakfast however be sure to come down before 9. Otherwise empty trays will not be refilled. Excellent staff on tge front desk. Beautiful wooden furniture in the rooms.

I came here on the recommendation of a friend who stayed here a while ago, having only words of praise, the most important thing being the breakfast (rich and very diversified). In the meantime, a few things have changed. First of all, the name of the hotel (ex Korona - currently Classico), and other things, such as: the quality and diversity of the breakfast, which did not impress, on the contrary, and a few other details such as: the shower cabin does not close, details related to the cleanliness of the bathroom, the toilet lid not fixed, the trash can is in the bathroom with a broken foot flap... Details that matter. A more active and interested involvement of the management would not hurt, on the contrary. Good luck in the future, I will not come back here
