I received a very small room and there was no sound isolation so I could hear the snoring from the next room. All night. The room was clean but the sheets of the right had hair remains .

My recent stay at Hotel Parcul Pini was unfortunately a mixed bag, starting with a rather unpleasant first impression. Upon entering the initially assigned room, I was immediately met with a strong and frankly nauseating odor of pipes. The smell was so overpowering that it made me feel unwell, and I had to request a room change. Thankfully, the staff were accommodating and quickly moved me to a different room. However, the change of scenery didn’t entirely resolve the issues. While the second room was free from the offensive smell, it presented a new and equally frustrating problem: the bathtub was missing a stopper. This meant that taking a shower was a rather awkward and uncomfortable experience. Without a way to fill the tub, I was forced to sit in the bath while showering, which was far from ideal and made it difficult to wash properly. While I appreciate the staff’s willingness to move me to a different room, the lack of basic amenities in the second room significantly detracted from my overall experience. A relaxing and convenient stay is a fundamental expectation when booking a hotel, and unfortunately, Hotel Parcul Pini fell short of delivering on that front. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure future guests have a more enjoyable and comfortable experience.

No English-speaking staff Restaurant so hard to communicate. Food took a very long time. Expensive and average.

Utility of the bathroom.Not clean at all.Smelly towels and drainage.Because is made from wood,the house I've stayed in ,was very squeaky.Every step would wake up peoples in the other rooms.

This is more like glamping than a hotel. Room clean but floor wasn’t even swept. Bathroom was so small, bending over to spit in sink you hit butt on shower door and forehead on shelf above sink. Room was small but manageable. Owner was on holiday so reception was closed, so no one to ask for information or help. Any staff you asked for assistance, said they didn’t know and they don’t do that. Tiny trash can never emptied during stay. Erratic food quality. I asked for an orange for breakfast and was told, “fruit was for staff only.”

Beautiful setting. Quaint exterior to buildings. Lovely patio with view of valley in restaurant. Sheets, pillows and bathroom very clean. Inexpensive by US standards.
