The room was missing a kettle and tea for a quick cuppa in the evening. Other than that, everything was great.

The location is excellent, very close to the metro station and within a short walk of the Old Town and all the major attractions. It's not IN the Old Town which is a big advantage because the room was very quiet at night. The design of the hotel was gorgeous, with heavy, comfortable furniture and lots of details. It was a pleasure for the eye. The room was large with a comfortable bed and armchair for reading. The breakfast was excellent - continental style. Not a lot of choice (but that's how we like it because it prevents waste) and mostly suitable only for vegetarians, not for vegans, but we were very satisfied with the quality of the food. The staff was absolutely lovely and very accommodating with great English skills.

The hotel is in a lovely part of the town, really central and still quiet. Alin at the reception was an absolute star and answered all our questions and helped a lot throughout our stay, could not thank him enough.

It was absolutely no problem for me, just a note for older/disabled etc people, the building is quite old and charming, so there's no elevator. As I said, absolutely no problem for me, just a note for other people that cannot do without one.

Centrally located but not on the central, busy/noisy road. Very big and beautiful room, for the price it exceeded our expectations! Air conditioning, shower etc all worked perfectly (unlike on neighboring hotels from what I read on other reviews). Short walk to many sights, restaurants, cafes etc. Comes highly recommended from us!

Wonderful place and super nice and helpful people! The room was superb: spacious, nicely (and lavishly) decorated, with super comfortable huge bed, big wardrobe. There is a balcony - great place to spend evenings. Hotel provides common spaces as well - there is a bar, nice lobby and backyard. The location is perfect. It is close to the metro, the all-purpose store is 3 minutes' walk just as coffee shop and pastry shop. Hip restaurants/gardens are also within a 10-minute walk (eg. Verona). Definitely recommend this place!

It looks very pretty, old style arrangement as per pictures. Staff was very nice. Our bed was a bit broken so they moved us in a new better room right away. They give us ice when we had our own drinks in the garden. I was very impressed to be honest by their availability. Position is great, close to a series of nice places, city center

Absolutely no complaints...everything was stunning top to bottom. The AC worked perfectly, water pressure was lovely, brilliantly clean and though easy walk to everything it was peaceful there...thank you!

Perfect location with grocery store and cafes right across the street - quick walk to stunning 19th century grand architecture. Wonderful welcome, details clear, superior room large with incredibly beautiful bathroom. Quiet view from balcony over lovely courtyard. Phenomenally talented front desk man (beard, glasses, and terrific English) with fascinating conversation, knowledge of the city and great doses of humor thrown in. The breakfast was one of the highlights:. a cheerful gentleman offering hot ham, eggs, coffees; beautifully presented rows of European breakfast items; breads, cookies, rolls, croissants; delicious tea, cheeses and jams. Love the historic/renovated look - clearly much thought went into this gem. We oddly landed a very low rate online for such an experience. Our front desk man helped us store luggage, helped carry everything, and even gave us a warm farewell opening the door for us at the end. We were sad to go! When in Bucharest I recommend this property with great enthusiasm!

I really can’t think of anything.

The property represents ART. Everywhere you go or anything you look at it’s simply wonderful. It is a building for those who get an amazing feeling from this kind of classical surroundings. It also has an intimate courtyard where you can have a coffee or a drink late in the evening.
