No washing machine - but it is written in the hotel description. Mattresses were too soft to our liking. We prefer stiffer ones which are ultimately much healthier for your back - but a few days' stay didn't do any damage. There was a leak in the shower and a loose faucet in the bathroom sink which we reported at reception at once but it was not repair as the plumber was off. It was not too much of a trouble but we were slightly disappointed.

Lovely staff - both at reception (Ivan) and the restaurant (Nemanja). Also, the night security officer was very helpful - we arrived late at night with a 8-months-old baby, we were accommodated at once, shown all the facilities and we even get help with the suitcases. The property is very clean, our room was spacious with a very large bed (worked great for us as the baby was sleeping in between us two and everyone had enough space). Fast internet throughout the premises, amazing breakfast (tasty food, good selection, large portions) included in the price of the room - great value for money. The hotel is about 20 mins car drive away from the city centre - best to keep this in mind to avoid disappointment. There is a parking, too - but it's a paid one even for the guests.

Probably the location could be a little more central and the general area was quite loud and messy, but it gave a perspective of the regular people's life in the neighborhood.

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and staff were very friendly and approachable. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and provided everything that we expected. It had good public transport connections and getting around the city wasn't an issue.

It's not clear in advance what's included in breakfast. Also first floor rooms too noisy because of the reception and restaurant underneath.

Breakfast was good. But it should include other coffees beside Turkish. Having to pay for coffee when you have paid breakfast is something I did not encounter before.

Stayed in this hotel for one week. Very satisfied. My flight was delayed, so I didn’t have time to go to the exchange office, I was settled even without payment! I paid later. Very responsive staff. Convenient location. Nice atmosphere. Delicious breakfasts. I would add green salads (but this is a matter of taste, otherwise everything was at the highest level). The hotel is new, the room is clean, all appliances are in working order. The only thing - there is a stove, but there were no utensils for cooking, but I did not plan to cook, perhaps utensils are provided upon request. Very good hotel, small and cozy.

Cleaning services are scheduled on 5 days, which is insufficient. However, the hotel manager sent the cleaning ladies whenever I asked for it. The restaurant is fine but the breakfast choices are truly limited.

Very nice hotel with very comfortable apartments. We had a 1-bed apartment with a good size bedroom and a spacious living room that included kitchenette. We also had a small balcony overlooking the garden. All was clean and comfortable. It was clean and the staff was very friendly.

I can't find something negative to say. Great hospitality.

This is a brand new hotel with spacious rooms and parking. The stuff was more than helpful. There is a restaurant with great food on the ground floor. Breakfast is not in a buffet style as we are used to, they have a menu to choose from, which is OK. We will definitely stay there again if we return to Belgrade.

The tap in the bathroom was not firmly attached to the sink. Some wire is hanging on a wall in the corridor of the room. It was not clear to me that the reception closes at midnight. I informed the staff that I would come by 02:30, but the flight was delayed and I couldn't find a taxi for a while, so when I arrived at 03:00 the doors were closed.

Excellent breakfast, very spacious room, huge bed, 100%-blackout window blinds, good air conditioning, elevator, minimalistic and appealing room design.

1. Ugly buildings around. Dirty streets 2. Too noisy streets till he deep night (mostly the transport, additionally - the aloud people talks) 3. Limited breakfast. Unacceptable for a hotel of 4 stars! you can choose ONLY 1 dish for breakfast - only omlete or only muesly! and no menu in English - only Serbian. Unbelievable for our time! 4. Smell of cigarets is everywhere! In rooms, corridor, restaurant - everywhere! Smoking is allowed everywhere! Impossible to it and to live in general! 5. Not very polite staff in restaurant
