Room is ok, it was clean. You have towels and all what you need, even a hair dryer. Breakfast is simple. There is not much choice but it is ok. They are locking front door at 10:30pm, and you do not have key to enter the building.

good location just next to the ski route of stara planina. But one has to drive his own car or take a taxi to the hotel. And please be reminded, if you are biginner you will have to figure out how to get to the beginner ski area, which is 5km away and bearly impossible go there by foot. Otherwise, it is a good place to stay in

Bathrooms could use an upgrade.

Amazing food, spacious rooms, very friendly staff and it's not too far from the ski slope. The view from our rooms was breathtaking and we liked that there was plenty of parking space since we had to drive to the slope due to conditions. Have already recommended the hotel to some friends, can't wait to go back.

Breakfast is very good, location is also very good. The price is quite acceptable. It is little strange that the spa center is included in the price and billiard and table tennis not. Parking is also very good. The staff is so kind and serviceable.

Everything was brilliant. Staff was very helpful and always there fot us. Food was excellent. Breakfast and dinner. View from the room unbelievable. So many tracks for hiking. Trip to Mijor is a must to do. Wild horses, nature, view from the top...All in all - everything was exceptional.

Our room was on the 1st floor right next to some huge ventilation pipe that was broken, so every morning around 7, we were waken up by this sound (in nature, you would rather hear birds not industrial sounds). The sound was most of the day and in the evening until the kitchen was operating. We asked for another room but was told nothing was free (in fact, there were maybe 2-3 rooms taken as we could see during the meals). The furniture is used and from another epoch, but that's fine. the beds are comfy. The shower was just dirty and with muldy shower curtain, loads of dust and rotten door that didn't close well, really not sth you would expect paying 80 euros for a room. Dinners that you can pay separately have a set menu, which would be a paradise if you eat meat. If you don't, then bad luck, nothing to eat for you beside some potatoes, cheese, sweets, and bread. Overall, it's a great place for one night when you head to the mountains early in the morning. Otherwise, I would not stay again.

Hotel has a perfect location, just minutes from the slope and right at the hiking trails. Staff was polite, comfy parking front, little bar (although for smokers so we didn't use it) and a pleasant restaurant.

We paid for dinner because there's no other option to eat there, the nearest place to eat is probably 10km away and it's a mountain road. Dinner starts at 19:00 and if you go in the restaurant around that time there's no free table to seat, if you go 20min later there's no food and they don't bring more food. We had to ask to bring at least bread for our kid to eat something for a dinner, we also had to ask someone to clean the table from the previous guests. Overall the food is low quality. At the time we stayed in the hotel there was a kids ski camp and we were given a room at the same floor where the camp was - almost no sleep first night, the kids from the camp were constantly shouting and making terrible noise even after midnight. Fortunately the second night probably they were tired enough and we were able to sleep.

Great location - beautiful nature and very close to the ski slopes, staff at the reception desk is polite and helpful, there's daily cleaning service, pretty good breakfast.

In the room we were staying in, the main lighting as well as the outlets and lights on one side were not working. The bathroom had no ventilation.

The hotel is nice and offers a variety of services. The staff was very attentive and helpful, although not everyone spoke English. The food offered in the restaurant was plentiful, varied and delicious.

The reason for my low score is the communication i received from the hotel. Or more specifically the lack of it. There is no public transport to the place so Ive sent them two messages asking for recommendations. No response. Two days before my stay i got a message saying that they moved me to a different hotel, located c. 1hour walk, which adds 2h to my hike ( i wasn’t driving) . They didn’t even ask if I was ok with that. The hotel was a spa hotel, absolutely wonderful, but because of that extra distance, I was unable to complete my hike- the whole reason i went there. No apologies, no communication. When I was leaving I found out that they actually had a taxi company they were using regularly that they could recommend.

Well I actually did not stay at the property so was unable to fully review. I booked it as was planning to hike Midzor, and i got a message from the hotel two days before my arrival that they moved me to a different one.

Old equipment - noone most probably invested since 90s. Mold and cobnets in the room. The price is definitely not equal to the quality and servis level you get.

Fantastic location for hiking and climbing in a quiet and not yet touristy village. Friendly and very helpful staff. Great food for breakfast and dinner, and a fantastic view up the valley from the eating area. WiFi was good.
