The hotel is all hard flooring with little carpets/rugs or soundproofing I imagine, a gap beneath the door of the room means every bang of a door, every conversation travels and can be quite annoying at certain times. With it being warm and humid the windows were all left open and with a 2 metre gap between the other rooms opposite ours you could hear people showering, talking etc as if they were in your room almost. The bed was also too soft but I appreciate this is a personal preference. I think for the price paid is was a little bit over priced despite it being the weekend.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with enquiries. Breakfast whilst it took a little longer to receive was nice, the location of the hotel was great, right beside a Maxi store with a bakery just across the street. The cleanliness of the room and shower room was perfect with no issues to report. Overall it was a nice stay but a couple of things would have made it a more comfortable stay.

Parking spots , there is no clear path to go around, if parking l ou t is full and it is, a person can not get out and must back out in reverse to the main street, stupid and dangerous.My bathroom had a leak in d shower and had to use towels to contain d water and shower water drain was plugged had hard time draining. Car mechanic next door using parking space. Smoking in d lobby all d time. Smoke ends up in a room every time someone lights up a cigarette.

The room smelled of cigarettes and the air conditioning was making a lot of noise probably because it needed servicing. No kettle or water in the room we had to order coffees and bottles of water that was an additional charge.

Superloud live Serbian music at the hotel lobby until 1:00 a.m. - no chance for sleep during that party on both of the upper floors. No room cleaning provided at all during a stay of 3 nights! Room full of dust and foreign hair. Wardrobe was full of dust inside so that our fresh clothes got dirty. Big COCKROACH on the floor in the morning! Too tiny bathroom - washing the face was quite impossible without spashing water all over the floor because of the supertiny sink. Staff not trained on guest complaints after midnight because of much too loud music. Highly unfriendly! The breakfast items were either pure fat or pure sugar. We‘ve had two rooms on 2 floors - both rooms had windows bit unfortunately NO FRESH AIR came in because they did not lead outside. So all the fatty smell from the downside kitchen ended up in our rooms. In the upper room on the 2nd floor the smell of a (cat) litterbox was unbearable with no chance for fresh air - we did not know where it came dor

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it was an awful experience. It was extremely expensive for a room that barely measured 10 square meters, and the conditions were far from what one would expect at that price point. The room I was given was dirty and downright disgusting. I couldn't believe the conditions they expected guests to endure. To make matters worse, they charged me ten euros for bringing my dog along. Ironically, my dog is cleaner than the room they provided. It's truly disappointing that they charge for a pet while neglecting basic cleanliness. As if that wasn't bad enough, when we were leaving, we noticed that the entrance area was full of debris and had a terrible smell. It was a fitting final impression of this poorly maintained establishment. In the end, we were fortunate that our stay was only for 7 hours, as this was just a brief stop on our larger trip. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay.
