How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

You have to climb stairs to go to the reception and to reach the elevator, with a stroller and luggages this is difficult . A bit noisy at night from the restaurants and live music around.
It s placed in a great pedestrian area, full of terraces, very nice to walk around. Room is spacious.

The hotel is generally in good condition but does not have a car park. The nearest car park is 6 minutes away and the road is not suitable for carrying bags. The staff is good but I expected the hotel to cover the parking fee but they wanted us to pay 😞

On the pictures it looked really nice and put together, unfortunately the reality was a bit different. You can see that it’s been a long time since the last renovation of the rooms, especially the bathroom. The cleanness of the room was also not good, there were a few stains on the bedsheets and towels.
The hotel is located in a great location in the city center. It’s surrounded by restaurants, bars and it’s in the most charming street of the old town.

The room wasn’t really clean, there was stains on the sheets and hairs in the bath. Didn’t feel clean in the hotel. But the parking situation is a scam, you need to get a daily card once you get there but the staff at the hotel don’t really mention anything. The parking space is run by external company so when you don’t get daily card they try rip you off and make you pay double. The guy at the parking bay was rude and was acting dumb when we said we weren’t explained what to do. When we spoke to the staff at hotel they basically said we can’t help you, you should have got daily card.
We liked the location of the property.

The toilet was leaking water. The furniture was old and beds were noisy. The music was very loud at night from outside.

The only minus would be the views, there is no real view, the windows look at an abandoned building, but you don't really stay at this hotel for the view
The Hotel is perfectly located in the heard of the Bohemian Quarter of Belgrade, you are surrounded by the Restaurants and bars and in a walking distance of all major places to visit in Belgrade The room I had was perfect, great shower, comfortable bed and an amazing bathtub. A very comfortable stay

Perfect location in city center with a lot restaurants with live music working late hours. Very clean spacious rooms with great TV and bathrooms equiped with everything you need. Great value for money

Bathroom in middle of bedroom - shower situation wet everything due to spinning around . 2nd room toilet was so tight , even young adults could barely fit . Toiletries weren’t great and pillows in beds seemed old and really high. only 2 pillows so no chance of suiting different individuals . Staff were indifferent, not really interested in their service or customers .
We were sent away to a downstairs restaurant our first day - food was terrible ! 2nd day we were directed to correct place and both food and service were great . Finally a friendly, happy and professional staff member !

The bathroom wasnt functiong properly, missing curtains, the whole hotel smells of renovation dust, no room for to leave luggage after checking out, it stays in the corridor.
