The toilet bowl:):):) LoL, its modern square toilette bowl, and can be not very comfortable for skinny people:) however, you go there get the job done and get the hell out to explore Belgrade

Some of the lights inside the room seems to be there just for decoration as they were not working. Not a big deal though.

The position is convenient and the breakfast was very good. The room was pretty large and quite clean. The staff was very helpful to solve a small issue at the beginning of the stay.

The hotel is located nearby the city center, comfy and close to everything. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities. The entire staff was kind and helpful, but the girls from the reception fulfilled all my requests and provided assistance for everything I needed. The first impression of the hotel was created by the lobby, which looks very luxurious, and the best of all is that you can have a drink there, it smells very nice. The hotel has a Rituals cosmetics shop and also offers scooter rental for 15 euros per day. A place I will stay again

But the service of the housekeeping staff needs to be improved. After we checked in the room on the first day, the pillow did not have a case. The next day we came back after a day trip, the bed in the room was not made, only bath towels were changed in the bathroom, and other toiletries that needed to be added were not added. Took our used coffee cups and replaced them with clean coffee cups and coffee. The grounds were dirty and not cleaned. Sink dirt not cleaned etc. In conclusion, room service is very unprofessional. After we reported it to the hotel manager, they improved it the next day.

The service staff at the front desk are warm and thoughtful, responsive to every request. We can feel that the front desk staff are well trained. They called taxis for us and communicated with taxi drivers on the phone. Their thoughtful service means that we don't feel the inconvenience of language.

My only complaint is that my room faced a (relatively) busy street, so sleeping with a window open (which is a must for me) was impossible. Otherwise, the room was large, well-designed, always clean, and very comfortable for my needs (I was trying to finish writing a book, so I needed to spend more time in the room than a regular guest would have).

All of the staff were so kind and helpful, it was as if I were some sort of king, and they only wished to serve me. Honestly, their kindness and openness were outstanding. They each had a new place to recommend I explore around Belgrade. Without this assistance, I would have missed some of the more interesting sights. This was my third time in Belgrade, and each time I chose a different hotel in a new area. I must return again in a few months and, without question, will stay in this hotel again.

The hair dryer appeared to be just for showing up, not functioning. The mirror light was not working, towel dryer was cold. Not crucial defects considering other good staff.

Clean and newly renovated room, friendly staff, and excellent location. It was a very nice gift with waffles from the hotel. There were taxis stopped right next to the hotel. Nice and cosy lobby.
