How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Nothing. There is no restaurant in the structure but you have an excellent option (Balkan Express) at 5 minutes walk with great local food
Very nice boutique hotel in the Zemun quartier, very close to a nice walk on the Danube river. Excellent relation between quality and price. Breakfast is wonderful. Room not so big but very clean and confortable. Parking is avaialble and even covered

Everything was fine.
It was wonderful. Everything was modern, clean and tidy, and comfortable. The receptionist and the lady at the breakfast were really kind and helpful.

The drainage system in the shower was not working well.

I couldn’t find anything.
The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms have everything you need first your stay. All employees go above and beyond to please you. They can provide also vegan options for breakfast.

The blanket has a strange sweat smell. Both the bed of my friend and my bed. They seem quite clean though. Maybe it’s the problem of the cleansers

All was more than perfect.
The Breakfast was a dream. I very seldom saw such a nice Breakfast place and arrangement with such an eye for details. Everything done with love and joy from the Ladies working there. Small cosy place arranged with best possible performance. Very reasonable prices in the Lobby Bar. Safe parking. Near nice restaurants close to the Danube river. What do you need more? The whole staff was excellent and extremely kind and customer minded. Have not expected to find such a nice place for overnighting in that area. There is a lot of other hotels as well good but in that hotel I felt really a very good atmosphere and it does not need to hide behind big expensive hotels. The Owner can be proud of his / her employees. Great people at a great place. I will come again. Thank you for your excellent Service.

The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. There were kind extras like a bottle of water, tea /coffee. The bathroom had good counter space to put toiletries and a spacious shower. Breakfast was nicely presented with a great choice and very helpful staff. Location was perfect, close to the main road in to the centre but in a leafy quiet residential street near the river. Parking inside the grounds !

The hotel was clean. Everyone behaved us so kind, helpful and friendly. They arranged us a transport to airport so we didn't have to plan it. Everything was nice.

The walls are pretty thin, so you can hear everything that's going on outside. After 10 in the evening and before 7 in the morning it was usually quiet, though. So not a big problem
Very clean rooms, great breakfast. Quiet location with good access to public transport. Several great restaurants nearby. The staff was also extremly friendly and happy to support (e.g. with my trip to the airport)

It is small hotel in Zemun. Nice place, tasty brekfast, everything was perfect. There was comfortable bed. If you need parking you can find it.

For me the location is just perfect, close to the main roads but not to close so you can sleep in silence, staff is unbelievably helpful and friendly, rooms are always clean, breakfast is a heaven, plus there is always a place to park your car.

I have stayed for a weekend with my family in a quadruple room and everything was great starting from the staff (very pleasant and helped us with advises), room (clean, not too small), breakfast (delicious and not everything the same each day), parking (covered) and the location is near the bus station so we used public transportation to move around the city.
