We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SerbiaThe main problem is the lack of an elevator, because the apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there is also about a 50m uphill to the building itself, which is a problem for the elderly (70+), specifically for my mother-in-law who has a pacemaker.
the location is outstanding, with a view of the mountains, yet close to the hotel Crni Vrh. There are many hiking trails around the building, and the center of Divčibar (market) is about 20 minutes away by easy walk. Each apartment has a designated parking space, which is an extraordinary thing; just below the building, near the parking lot, there is also a mini playground for children.

SerbiaNo warm water at the kitchen sink. Last morning of our stay there was no water, but it turns out it happens in Divčibare every now and than, nothing to do with the appartment or our host.
Great location, new and clean appartment, good heating, good communication with the gost, private and free parking space. Netflix for guests 🙂
