The only thing which comes to mind is a hard to open shower door (it was a bit stuck or unadjusted). Otherwise nothing to criticize!

Every wish was respected and fulfilled if possible. The staff was more than friendly, and actively tried to make us feel welcome.

I was disappointed to discover that only one 500ml bottle of drinking water was provided during my stay, which I received upon arrival. I was informed that any additional bottles would need to be purchased and was advised to use the tap water (in the bathroom!), as local residents consider it safe to drink. While this may be true in some situations, I do not believe it is a common practice in other establishments. In contrast, other hotels in Belgrade routinely replenish drinking water supplies daily, which reflects a more accommodating approach.

The location was perfect for me.

I wasn't impressed. I expected something better. The hotel is quite difficult to find if you are in the city for the first time and it is easy to miss because the sign is not visible.

Parking is 10min away of walking distance and you have no access with a car to get in front of the hotel in order to leave the luggage

The air conditioner, which is a basic necessity in any hotel, was not functioning. When I asked the staff for assistance, they were unable to provide a solution and merely suggested opening the window and door. The furniture was outdated, and the shower room was in poor condition. The entire hotel is in need of renovation. I would not recommend staying here due to both the condition of the facilities and my overall experience.

This was my second stay at the hotel, with my first visit being a few years ago. Unfortunately, there has been a dramatic decline in the hotel's quality since then.

When I booked the hotel through booking.com The booking included breakfast with the price of the room. The hotel made us pay for breakfast. We could not watch a movie in the hotel. The staff was not trained with the remote.

Air conditioner wasn’t working and it’s very hot in the summer. Towels are worn out and need to be replaced. Complementary water was only provided the first day.

The heating in the room is quite insane. It was 25 degrees C when i arrived, tried to cut it in vain. The reception also did their best but not quite refuce it. I kept the window open the whole stay with heating on. Not quite acceptable in this day and age honestly

Constant issues with the air con with staff telling us it was controlled centrally and not in the room. At one point the air con was set at 23 degrees and we were told there was nothing we could do. Not good. It’s summer guys.

Is one of the very few places where I truly do not understand the 9+ Booking.com rating. Our stay was AWFUL. At check-in, the reception refused to park our car, despite initially confirming that this is part of the parking service, given that the parking garage is at a separate location in unmarked parking garage. We had to then drag by ourselves our the bags from the said garage to the hotel (it’s not comfortable uphill walk) to then find a very DATED AND POORLY kept room. The bathroom had MOLD and overall it was not kept well. At check-out (10:30) there was no one at the reception so we had to wait for awhile for someone to show up (the other hotel staff also dismissed our request to call someone at reception to check our)

The hotel is located in the Old Town which makes it very convenient. We were allowed to store our bags for 2 hours after checkout

its a small hotel and they have 5-6 seats at their lobby, normally its not a problem but they give the new year reception, and when my father is sitting at the lobby the staff didnt let him sit at the lobby and never show the any place to sit because they reserved these seats the people outside the hotel and we as a hotel guest forced to go out, ı never seen like that behaviour its very rude…
