There was a bit of a smell in the bathroom, probably from the drains. Not a big deal and it didn't bother us, but it should perhaps be mentioned.

We stayed in the family room: clean, cozy, quiet, centrally located. The place is run by a very friendly owner who, when we asked him if he could store our luggage, offered us to keep the entire room instead, for several hours. I also can't emphasize enough how well placed the accommodation is: about 10 minutes walk from the central bus station, right in the centre of town, local buses to pretty much anywhere around the corner, and protected from street and traffic noise on top of that.

Nothing like this, we had everything that we needed for one night. Ideal place for this price.

This accommodation has a total central location, it's perfect to reach everything within few minutes. As in all centers, parking can be tricky, but once we parked we did not have to use the car until we left. We spent there only 1 night, but it would be ideal for a bit longer stay, too - there is a small fridge in the room and enough space to store clothes or handwash items if necessary. The hosts were super friendly and helpful and their little dog is such a cute and friendly little doggy.

The host was very pleasant, communication without any problem. He permitted us to leave the car in the parking even if the check out time was passed. The flat was comfortable, really spacious, in the city center, near to the supermarket and the old city of Nis. I totally recommend the flat!

Excellent location, as its name states it is right in the Epicenter. Minutes or less from the fort, Main Street, pedestrian walking street, transportation, restaurants and grocery store. But remains quiet. The photos are accurate, room and bathroom is large and very clean and very beautiful with the wood beams giving it a cozy loft feel. Fridge, kettle and place to hang clothes and sit for a meal. Owners are lovely, welcoming people and the outdoor garden seating area is a bonus.

The location is excellent, right in the centre of the city. The landlord helped us a lot, he was very interested. He reserved a car parking space for us. The room is spotless and comfortable in an authentic building.

Very nicely decorated apartment with wood beams in the ceiling and wooden floor. Very good location close to restaurants and pubs. The host was very friendly and helpful with tips on restaurants etc.
