Sadly, there is a lack of parking at the front of the building. I've managed to find a parking spot adjacent to the building that was fairly close, so it all worked out. The property doesn't advertise a parking spot, so this isn't the fault of the accomodation, however it's just a heads up.

The host may be the best and most understanding one I've ever encountered. After three delays, the host hadn't hesitated to accomodate our late check-in with the utmost professionalism and hospitality. Aside of the exemplary host, the property itself is very good and feels like home. A nice sturdy bed, comfortable furniture, and a very well furnished bathroom with a bidet, which isn't all too common. Our time spent here was short but worthwhile, a great place overall.

Everything was really impeccable. Perhaps a smaller investment into some details (new towels, bathroom shelves, for example) and the price per night can be definitely much higher.

Exceptional Accommodation in Čačak was really exceptional! Communication with a very friendly owner was rather smooth and easy. A single room appartment is located very close to the bus station, city center and the river, in a brand new nicely kept building (like in Xmas movies). The appartment is quite cosy with a super cute balcony and lovely view on the mountains. Bathroom is very modern and spacious, hotel-like. More than a decent price as well.

I'm traveler and I be in 43 country in 4 continent. So,I can't say with full responsibility, this is best apartment what I ever have in on those trips. Perfect location, with great terasse and view, super clean. Evrithing what any traveler need for short or long stay.. Definitely I will be back again.

The sofa was really dirty. The towels were clean, but looked so worn... In general - a lot of money were invested in this small apartment, but the small things are important too.

The building is almost brand new I think that even not all the apartments are occupied. Furnished wery well and on first glance looks wery well... The location is OK. The owner -polite and helpful. The price is very good... We were for just a night in Cicak so - all was OK.

Everything was great, and it was topped by a beautiful sunset. The host is professional and friendly.

Takes a little bit more time to contact the owner because of my mobilephone problems, but I am helped by several people, especially a young lady who is with 2 quite young chilren, trying to contact the owner in such a hot weather, owner's father came to hand me the keys and showed me the room. It is a nicely designed, modern, clean, comfortable studio, well equipted almost with all the necessay kitchen, bath room as well as the laundry supplies.

The kitchen could use some more tools. A strainer would be great addition. The whole place was spotless except for the toilets unfortunately. Also if you are planning for a longer stay keep in mind that it doesn't have washing machine. Another great addition would be a small clothes rag for the balcony.

The apartment is impeccable, and spacious. Very nicely furnished. Nicely decorated with a personal touch. The view from the balcony is great, you can watch the sunset The bed is very comfortable.
