How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Nothing. Property is very affordable, therefore, expectations should match the price.
Property is simplistic yet good enough if you are looking for cheap place to stay and just sleep over. Location is amazing. Host is very nice, flexible and took a charge to show us where is nearby free parking located.

Upon arrival which took a while to find as there are no signs for it the owner had no idea of my booking and said the hostel was shut down in June. I've had this booked since May. After some phone calls to family members he told me to wait 30mins which turned into an hour then a guy came for me and walked me 2 streets away to a construction site and on the top floor was a dorm room. booking u need to check what you are offer and check up on accommodations.
the staff were great in sorting out a new place for me to stay and once there the room was clean, warm and nice.

there is no reception, no one meets, it is not clear how to get into the room, the instructions do not explain anything, I was standing with bags and a child on the 0 floor and did not understand where to go. it is worth reviewing the check-in system so that the guest can immediately get to his room whenever he wants at any time.
the room was normal, clean, quiet, calm. the location is good.

Somehow a bit far from the vivid area of Novi Sad so don't think about it if you are not a good walker. Room was not so clean but very quite. All in all, it is a good experience for a cheap price.
The landlord was very kind and speaks English very well. The check out was very easy as to keep the key in the door. The room was very spacious and good value for money.

The comfort of the beds aren’t the best one but you shouldn’t also wait that much based on the photos.
The best thing about property is close to everything. We stayed for EXIT festival and it was one of the closest hotel. And also you can walk to the city center just by 10 minute.

There's no shared living room or some kind of meeting place, since the bar in the backyard was closed (probably for renovation, I suppose it will be open some time soon)
Very good value for money, great location, clean room, comfortable beds, pleasant staff, big window (in the room we stayed in). There was also a small fridge in the room.

Weekend surge pricing 4 times the normal daily rate. There were mosquitos or some other biting insects in the room overnight. No front desk one has to call to check in on arrival.

A kettle for tea and coffee would be fabulous... otherwise just great!
Great location. Comfy bed. Hot shower. Shop, pub and coffee shop just around the corner. Free parking nearby. Very friendly and flexible staff.

Cash only for payment - just come prepared
Fantastic place, especially for the price! I had my own little room with 4 beds to choose from. Air conditioning already going for when I arrived. Nice basic shower and toilet, very clean. The sheets on the bed were really pretty too which was nice. I checked in at 5am with no problem at all. The host messaged me all the info and photos for check in which was super helpful and greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

Building is a little bit old, but thats not a problem...
Everything was nice, host is very kind because we had some eary check in and thats was not a problem at all. Location is near river if thats your starting point. Apartmant has comfortable beds and pillows so we slept like babies :)

4 clean beds in a room, clean bathroom, and the air con worked perfectly. A mini fridge to help cool drinks etc. Was ideal for when we stayed whilst attending EXIT festival as the apartment literally is by the bridge heading to the fortress.

Street noise
Nice place to stay with an Old World ambiance. The room was large and the bathroom was sufficient. Check in was easier than expected. Even though picking up and dropping off keys was an additional process it was only a short distance to the apartment on the other side of the street. Good Wifi. The elevator (lift) was a bonus.
