The room was a little humid at times, ventilation could be better especially when it was cold.

Everything is great, location is very convenient and close to major points of interest in the city and transport so it's a perfect place for a first visit in my opinion. There are also very cozy breakfast and lunch shops nearby so you're never far away from a cup of expertly made coffee or pastries. The rooms also aren't facing the streets but a small courtyard so it's very quiet.

When I entered the room i did not understand why the AC was heating the room to the 30 degrees, so i switched it off. When i came back to the room after some time, i realized why. It was freezing cold in the room, bathroom floor was terribly cold, not possible to walk barefoot. Also, the minibar was half empty, there was no water in the room (neither complimentary, not for money), even in the mini-bar fridge, such a shame. In addition, the minibar fridge is located right in front of the bed and the light from the fridge is annoying, so i had to switch it off.

Pretty central location, close to all the restaurants and cultural sites, huge boiler, teapot is available, enough towels. Easy contactless check in and check out, i did not see anyone in the hotel :D

The corridor leading to the hotel was dirty and very dark in the night. Arrangement of furniture in the rooms was not practical, the toilet was almost blocking the entrance of the shower , so it was getting all wet. Also no place to hang the towels. The mattress was auful, hard and not easy on your back when sleeping. Nonetheless is a new hotel with room to improve but we had a pleasant stay for the short time we stayed. Thank you to the reception staff.

The only thing I would mention is there is no lift. So if you are on the 3rd floor like me you have to carry your luggage up and down.

Overall it was a good place for an alone traveller. The place was quite central, it was easy to take the bus and tram. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location is very good. Very close to Kalemegdan. All the furniture is new, comfortable and useful. Although there was a small problem on the first day, it was resolved quickly. The employees are friendly.
