Found a cockroach as soon as we walked in the bathroom. The smell coming from the pipes was nausiating and both the building and the room need some serious renovating. It’s difficult to find the building as it looks nothing like a hotel entrance and once inside it feels quite scary. It served its purpose for a short stay!

The location is perfect. Right in city center and very accesible everywhere. The views from the room were beautiful! There is 24h reception which was key, as we flew in during the microsoft block and arrived past 4am. Staff was nice!

I had booked 3 rooms with the city view however I requested to cancel a room on arrival, they did not help me with a refund and I was charged in full. Booking.com confirmed I would be receiving a refund. No refund has been processed.

Strong smell of cigarets everywhere (but this is everywhere in Serbia). In was too strong in my first room, I couldn’t sleep in. But staff changed it for me. Second room didn’t have this issue. The second room though was half destroyed. And both rooms were tiny (which is not a problem for me but might be for people who expect a huge space). Toilet flush would stuck every time

Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good. They provide you with toiletries. Quiet room. Unfortunately every time my neighbors were getting in and out of the room I would hear this music the lock gives

Staff was really, really nice and checked us in about 20 minutes earlier (as we arrived a bit earlier than expected). It was clean, it was comfy, the rooms were stylish, the location is top, the rooms had everything that we needed. It was a great stay and I am grateful that I found this place.

Very dirty hotel, carpets are stained with unknown substances. The fact that the reception is on the 5th floor was not mentioned at all. The theater is being restored downstairs and repairs begin at 6-7 in the morning, it’s impossible to sleep.

We paid 1487 euros for 5 nights in May, when we arrived to the Rammstein concert (the hotel raised the price 4 times for this period of time). What we got for this price? Nothing at all. The hotel is 3 stars maximum. It is based in the old dirty building. The reception and our room was on the 5th floor, and only one elevator for whole building was working. For one day it didn’t work at all. We were provided with shabby small room, with no breakfasts, mini bar or something. Bed linen and towels were dirty and old. Bed linen was ripped, as well as towels. Unfortunately, our room was based in front reception and personal were talking loud early in the mornings and during night time, which troubled our sleep a lot. What else… Good location - in the center on the main square, but during our stay there was some festival, and in front of our windows there was loud three days in a row till 12 am, and at one night till 2 am. I wish I knew that before booking this hotel. All in all - would not recommend this place at all, especially for the price we had to pay for it

badly kept building, scruffy, messy, stained carpets, one small lift that worked. very bad corridors and stairways are dirty and messy, creepy. very weird

Stairwells and hallways filthy. First room stank of smoke. Finally moved is to another room which was a lot better. One elevator not working. Remaining one very slow and only holds 3. Tried to cancel at least 1 night but world not let us. Supposed to be only 9 years old. If that's true then they have done serous maintenance issues. Air conditioner older than me!

Pigeon noises from the toilet are constant, the tap water from the toilet is inconsistent, the odour coming from the toilet is also noticeable.

location is good, reception staff are friendly, however, the hotel needs a revamp considering the price.
