I can’t recommend this place highly enough! I am Bikepacking around the world and Urban Guerilla felt like a home away from home. Boyan’s hospitality was exceptional. As was his advice about cycling in the local area. My only regret is that I didn’t have time to stay for more than one night.

There is nothing to dislike about this place. Negotin isn’t the most interesting of places, but it hardly matters because you will not want to leave this room!

You HAVE to go to this place if you are a cyclist. We read about this place on several blogs, and we are so happy that we followed their advice to stay here. It is the most cosy, welcoming and accommodating room/apartment you could wish for. You can tell the owner really gave this place so much thought and considered carefully what cyclists might want or need for their stay. The bed is super comfortable, the shower is great, the kitchen facilities super handy. We wish we could’ve stayed here longer, and had a break day here. The owner even gave us some food in the evening and breakfast and coffee in the morning. He is so kind and caring, and also super helpful with route planning for the next days. In our three months of cycle touring, this was definitely the best place we stayed at. We loved it so much!

Bojan is a wonderful, generous host and has created a super place to stay for cyclists and other travellers. Bike tools, a bike stand, well equipped kitchen - everything has been really well planned. If I ever return I will definitely stay again - thank you.

Staying at a small family-run place was a wonderful experience. The warm, personalized service made me feel right at home. The cozy atmosphere, combined with attention to detail, created a welcoming and comfortable stay. The family was always available to help and gave great recommendations for local attractions. Overall, it was a delightful and heartwarming experience, much more personal than staying in a large hotel.

A 10 especially "because" of Bojan (the host) - extraordinary gestures at the arrival and at the goodbye (Thank you!). About the place, the chalet has everything (toilet; kitchen). It's located in a quiet area, but not far from the center. Possibility to park the car nearby and good wifi connection as a plus.

What can I say about Boyan's place that hasn't already been said? It is as fantastic as the most positive reviews on this site, and he deserves a medal for his wonderful, magical place and for just being an all round great guy! The cabin we stayed in was amazing and with all the comforts of a 5 star hotel. It really is that good. We had a beer and a good chat with Boyan, and he was as helpful as can be. Negotin was also interesting too and we were doing the EV6 so at Boyans place we couldn't have been in better hands. He awoke us with fresh coffee and delicious pastries the next day. What more could you ask for?

It was amazing. Really nice place with very good energy. The owner is really nice and helpful. I stayed one night in the apartment and another one in the tent, I would recommend both of them, they were comfortable and I would stay there again.

I can't even imagine that there could be anything that I won't like in this place!

Everything was better than great. Bojan welcomed us, showed the place - and we were even surprised by the cleanness, the coziness, the overall vibe of the house. Everything was in place - towels, bath robes, tooth brushes, soaps and tissues, small pockets of herbs etc etc etc. Have to mention that the room was really, really clean. And the terrace is amazing! We were appreciating the moments in the morning with fresh coffee and fresh bakery there. Special thank to Bojan for helping us with going to Rajac and way back. I strongly recommend this place for anyone: solo travellers, bike backpackers, small friend groups.

Wonderful place to stay. Very warm welcome immediately offered drink and shown our room (which had aircon on waiting for us). Room had everything you need (including tissues and chocolate), good shower, comfy bed, desk area, little kitchen and veranda. Great local recommendations for local eating, wineries and day trips. It was great to also chat to other cyclists staying there. Wonderful place set up so you can relax and plan next leg of your journey.

Best place for cyclists to stay, everything you need is there and the owner is loaded with useful information about cycling. He gave me perfect directions for the most beautiful roads to get to Pirot on my road bike to avoid all the gravel and still most of the main roads. Amazing stay!

Amazing value for money. True adventurers hub. They will go way beyond usual service. Place itself is very comfy, with all amenities. Location is perfect, 2min walk to all cafes and restaurants. And yet, peaceful for good night sleep. Look no further, this service can not be beaten. As a Serbian local, I am proud that good old Balkan hospitality is well and kicking, with the modern twist. The location is excellent, everything is close! The yard is green and full of plants, so you don't feel like you're in the city, and it's also nice for taking photos. It's peaceful and quiet, and the terrace is wonderful for morning coffee. The owners are always there if I need any help. The room is small, but it has everything necessary for a stay. All recommendations!
