Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. SerbiaEverything is paid extra, especially expensive spa, skiing on the hotel's slopes (which is part of the hotel). Rooms are very small.
It is clean, the food is solid and the staff is very friendly.

They should forbid smoking and take care more for the kids than parents that prefer smoking. Healthy enviornment for the kids should be priority

SerbiaEverything was beyond my expectations! First of all, staff is amazing, making the trip all the more pleasant. We were offered and stayed in bigger room which was very spacious with comfortable beds as the only thing one needs after a long day on the snow. Food was also delicious, with a variety of different dishes to choose from. And the location is perfect- peaceful area close to gondola.

Serbiathere are several mayors: 1. the size of the room! literally, there’s no place to put the luggage, its very basic, very outdated. 2. hotel have spa (for extra cost) but then you also have to pay for the gym separately! i found this very annoying. either raise the price or simply include gym in the price of spa. 3. jacuzzi was almost cold, and jets didnt work. (if I have to pay extra for the spa I expect to get hot jacuzzi). 4. ski room was not connected to the hotel, so you need to walk outside to get back to the hotel. 5. there’s a shuttle service to gondola but again you need to pay for it. (please charge a bit more for the stay but include this shuttle service).
the price was reasonable bearing in mind that we are in the high season. stuff was very kind and professional. food was decent. overall for someone who doesn’t work in tourism and horeca business this would be a good choice. they kindly offered discount for our next stay if we book directly with them. well equipped gym.
