New hotel with great facilities. Kind staff, good restaurant

The hotel is brand new and stylish. The staff is very friendly. I was especially happy with the spa, which you can have for yourself for an hour each day. I can't recommend it highly enough.

While the staff were undoubtedly friendly, there were some minor issues with organization. For example, we experienced a 45-minute wait for room service, which was a bit excessive. While this didn't significantly impact our stay, it was noticeable. We also had massages at the SPA, and while the facilities themselves were lovely, the massages themselves could have been better. It didn't quite meet our expectations and overall experience especially considering the price of it. Overall, not so bad but could be better.

My recent weekend getaway with my wife at this hotel was exceptionally pleasant. Our comfortable room was a perfect haven and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The SPA was a highlight – spotlessly clean and available just for private use, it was truly luxurious and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the excellent selection of wines and cheeses in the evenings, and the delicious and varied breakfast in the morning. The convenient on-site parking also made our stay hassle-free.

Nothing to mention here but if I have to find something to improve maybe they could have better soundproofing over the kitchen area. Really tho, there is nothing to complain about. Excellent property!

8 month old property very tastefully done! Comfortable bed, big rooms, well stocked minibar and excellent bathroom! The shower has plenty of pressure and hot water! Fantastic breakfast and dinner was delicious! Spa facilities are private and well executed!

Restaurant night staff require extra training and customer service, however, a pleasant experience regardless. We unfortunately left an item in the hotel room, and after confirming with staff on the phone that this was found by cleaning staff (and providing instructions to us), they have since ignored our emails while we have attempted to organise postal delivery.

Excellent location, incredibly attentive staff (in particular, the doorman and reception staff!) Our room was magnificent - spacious, clean and exceeded our expectations. The private spa and large balcony were superb. Truly a highlight for us! We loved our stay here so much that we extended an extra night. Walking distance to the heart of Vrnjacka Banja.

🤗one of the greatest hotels for me locally. Super modern and super clean rooms. Free parking right in front of the door. very centrally located. Nice little free spa that can be used before registering. Great restaurant and kitchen with an outside terrace. Great staff service. A great hotel manager who ensures 100% customer satisfaction! I was even given a higher category free of charge so that I could sleep on the quieter back side of the hotel in the apartment and not in the standard rooms, which are all on the street side. Absolutely remarkable, all the employees are in a great mood. Room mini bar for an additional charge. A great hotel at a great price👍☺️ink. Im Price super Breckfast

Excellent location, just 100 meters from the promenade. The furniture is new, and the bed is very comfortable and cozy. Very good breakfast.
