Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaAttention: in Brzece the water from the sink is not potable! I discussed the water problem even with a cottage owner in the city, a local from Serbia, who is over 70 years old and has made numerous requests to the local authorities in the last 4 years to remove heavy metals and ARSENIC from the water supplied to the public network! This gentleman told me that he uses store-bought water for drinking and cooking. The problem is not about villa Vicko! Need improvements In order to help the owner to improve the quality of accommodation I suggest some things where is place for better: " The bathroom & wc has no ventilation, must install an extractor fan with exhaust pipe! “Need for a rack/hanger for drying ski clothes. And maybe the owner can put more hanger=hofinger=vešalica for the clothes to be dried. “ the ski eqs. deposit room was missing but Mr. Vicko put each day our skis in a technical space ... “required trash can in the room&bathroom ; “ on the upper part of the furniture we found a lot of dust and it seem that a vacuum cleaner need to be used more frequently, even the blankets were dusty when we shook them out "need: toilet paper holder in the bathroom dish dryer in the kitchen rastel shoes in the entrance hall to the room “the double-glazed windows with wooden frames do not soundproof at all from outside noises, on the 1st night the dogs in the area had intense fights and kept giving us barking concerts, on the other nights they calmed down :)
The owners are ready to help when you need. If you need some things just ask and they will try to help you. regarding hospitality : super ! *We really appreciate the late check-out, after we come back from ski in the last day [Wednesday]. *The building is close , around 20m, to the road, you have the parking space on the side of the road. The owners have they own parking place so this is very good if you go by car. *the WI-fi was good enough, medium speed compared with other places where I stay in the past : 2,4Ghz band *shower cabin larger than other accommodations * “food market” is situated at 3-4 min walking, you can buy water and food there.

RomaniaThe building is a pretty old house, it needs some renovation. Smoking is allowed everywhere in Serbia so the whole place smells like cigarette smoke, including breakfast area and rooms/bedrooms.
The owner and his father are really helpful and friendly, they do all the best to run this pension. Clean rooms, basic/old equipped though. Good price/benefit ratio.
