A lovely hotel in central Belgrade. Clean rooms with everything that you need, even an Esspresso coffee machine. There's a coffee shop, bar and restaurant on site and the staff were all lovely. Will stay here again when I come to Belgrade next.

Most of the times I’m in Belgrade I stay at Mark Hotel - the location is very convinient, the facilities are great. This time my parents stayed at the hotel, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially Slobodan, at the reception desk - who helped them with everything they needed during their time there. This makes the stay very comfortable and pleasant overall experience.

In the heart of Belgrade, Can Walk to all sights, Nearby have bus and tram. Breakfast is very good. Staff is very nice, Slobodan and Marko are very helpful. Amazing that all public transportation bus and tram are all free since Jan. 1, 2025. Highly recommend come to Belgrade and MARK Hotel.

There was a problem with a toilet in the room, the flush was broken. We stayed for 2 nights and it was not too problematic for us as we were not all the time at the hotel. We also asked the staff to come to see the issue but it was too late and many tourists were checking in, so we went to sleep with no disturb note in the end.

I loved the location, beds were comfy, staff was extra friendly and helpful, especially Marko and Slobodan. The breakfast was also good!

The sound of the tram under hotel's windows made it difficult to sleep. Although smoking is prohibited, the entire hotel smelled strongly of smoke :(

The location was best and the staff were exceptional. They were really friendly and met all requests well. Slobodan was really helpful and provided any support needed. Breakfast was great. Cleaniless was good.

A room known to have a leaking ceiling should be excluded from the booking.

Although I came across a room with technical defects this time, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, as always. In particular, I appreciate the helpful reception staff: Marina and Slobodan - these people can be counted on. Ordering a taxi, such as I needed, or swapping breakfast for a lunch package, is no challenge for them :-)

We couldn't figure out how to switch between the euro shower head and the rain shower head. Probably just our lack of knowledge but we would have loved to use the rain shower head!

Marko and Slobodan at reception desk were very helpful. Breakfast selection was great. The rooms were very clean with good pillows and comfortable bed.
