How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I really liked the excellent rooms, great service, and very kind staff. The convenience of the hotel having its own garage was a big plus, especially when arriving by car. For those coming by bus, the station is just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel’s location is fantastic, with the city center only 7-10 minutes away on foot. The breakfast was excellent and the perfect start to the day.

Everything was good.
The staff was exceptional, always helping and friendly. The price for the night was good, with a good breakfast. The location is extraordinary, very close to the center, and they have an excellent parking in their garage, free od charge.

Very very nice hotel! The room was so spacious and clean! Very comfortable bed as well. Free parking in the garage. Stuff was very friendly! Only thing that could be worked on is breakfast. Very average with not so many options plus you need to pay extra for your coffee ( I didn’t at the end cause I didn’t have any dinars- thank you for that!) But if back I would definitely stay again!

The room was very nice and clean, beds are very comfortable! Stuff at the reception was very friendly and nice. Breakfast was average, not many choices. We also had parking included.

Virtually no internet in the room, though the signal was good in reception. Hotel surrounds are rough terrain.

Not very soundproof which meant the room was a quite loud on Saturday night. Staff is very friendly but communication with reception was a bit difficult as they did not speak English very well. Very difficult to find alcohol in the neighbourhood (especially to buy in a store), just so you know.
Loved the very luxurious room, bed, and bathroom. Slept very well. Breakfast was incredible, so much food and such variety! (Though coffee is not included.) Parking on site is great, but not very easily accessible if you need to go from the room to the garage.

The pavement before the garage is a bit too steep for low cars, can be difficult to get across without rubbing your bottom

Breakfast doesn't contain any coffee, you can only order it in a bar. Hotel parking is quite tight for a big car but it is nice that exists as there could be a big issue to park a car outside. Be careful - location is not really nice from a noise perspective. If you decide to stay on weekend - you will be listening to pretty loud music from the restaurants next to the hotel. Closed window and roller shutters don't help a lot. Also, I'd like to keep hotel's management attention to the fact that I payed more for the room comparing with a room price on Booking. We had to wait about 15 minutes to figure the issue out and refund extra payed amount. OK, mistakes can happen, but as a client I'd like to get apologies from hotel administrator but as a result money was refunded by barman while administrator was sitting with a stone face and looking at her smartphone...
The room was amazing with all you need. The rom was huge! It would be perfect to have a fridge but even without that our stay was perfect. Very reach breakfast, really but...!
