Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SerbiaVery thin walls, neighbors next door are loud, but it's okay unless you have kids that need to sleep. Bathroom needs an update as the shower is moldy. Whole place needs to be cleaned thoroughly.

RussiaWhen I arrived, dust was on almost every flat surface, and someone's hair was on the floor. I had to wipe the closet before putting my clothes in. The cleaning lady came the next day & did her job, but honestly, she could do better. The sewer pipe in the bathroom was leaking, the balcony door handle was half-stuck, the pillows in the bedroom required replacement. It feels like the owner did a nice renovation a few years ago, but failed to keep the apartments in good shape. Soundproofing is almost non-existent, but it's typical for Balkan houses. 3 of 4 windows face neighboring building's walls, so it was quite dark inside. It might be cold in winter: the only heat source is AC in heating mode. Bathroom photos are taken in different location: same layout, but different furniture & hardware.
I really like the location: a small house with only 4 apartments, one of the windows faces the tiny garden. Quiet street, ~5 minutes to the bus stop, ~30 minutes to the center of Belgrade by bus. Plenty of grocery stores around, a few pharmacies, a bakery, very nice restaurant Gigo literally next door. The apartment has all the necessary stuff, including a microwave, electric kettle, cooktop, tableware, kitchenware, and washing machine. Never met the landlady in person, but she was very responsive to calls & messages. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

FranceFor some people like me who are not very good with technique perhaps it could be usefull to leave the instructions for the TV.
The appartement is very well situated in the commercial and resident area, but once inside it is also very calm which I really liked . No outside noise. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, caffes pharmacies, ATM, fast food etc. around. Really all you need you can find just few steps away from the appartement. Close to public transport too. I needed a doctor during my stay for some minor health issues and there was one just next door. Really helpful. The appartement itself is very nice, simply and tastefully decorated. I felt at home with everything I needed for my stay in the kitchen, salon, bedroom and bathroom. I really appreciated the AC as the weather was very warm. Great. I appreciated also the clear communication with the owner, she answered to my messages very quickly and she was very helpful . The appartement was opened and ready for my arrival, everything was smooth.
