Hotel je na sjajnom mestu u centru, lepa terasa,dobar dorucak, prostrana soba. Jedina zamerka je to sto sam rezervisala jedan tip sobe a dobila sasvim drugu sobu koja nije ni slicna onome sto san rezervisala.

Best hotel in Zlatibor when it comes to communal facilities. We will always choose Palisad over any other hotel ( when offer is reasonable) because they have amazing and huge lobby with plenty of seating, frequent guest musicians and collections of artwork to rival any galleries. We had very comfortable lux room with balcony and enjoyed our stay

Everything was excellent, situated in the centre, comfortable, clean, tidy and warm rooms, delicious food, friendly stuff, refreshing spa, parking place aways affordable.

It was to hot in the room and there’s no possibility to manually regulate temperature. Only to open terraces doors and get cold air in. It’s winter time so it’s not for recommending to do that.

Perfect location in center of Zlatibor, parking place for car. Good dinner and breakfast.

In the app it said spa, massages all these facilities are free but there was no swimming pool and massages are paid and even jacuzzi is paid

Jedan od brojnih boravaka u divnom Palisadu. Iako u vansezonskom periodu, sa ne bas puno gostiju, ponuda i usluga na istom - odlicnom nivou, kao u bilo kojem drugom periodu godine - ljubaznost cijelog osoblja, cistoca, poznati izuzetni dorucak, divan lobi, super prijatna atmosfera i usluga kafea... Uprkos otvaranju brojnih novih hotela na Zlatiboru, Palisad kao moj izbor se jos jednom potvrdio kao pravi.

Osoblje restorana i recepcije su bili vrlo profesionalni, ali ono sto nam je pokvarilo generalno dobar utisak o hotelu jeste ulazak radnice zaduzene za mini bar u 9 ujutru, bez kucanja(znak za ne ulazak u sobu je bio ukljucen uz obrazlozenje da napustamo sobu i da ona mora da proveri mini bar, iako je check out u 11. Zamolili smo je da izadje, jer smo jos u krevetu, ali bila je uporna da ipak na "brzinu" proveri mini bar, gde smo je opet zamoli da izadje, pa se izvinila i napustila sobu. Neko dobro ne radi posao, jer rusenje privatnosti je svelo nas generalno dobar boravak, na razocaranost.

not easy to order extra wine or any alcoholic drink or non alcoholic beverage at lunch..It took time for staff to communicate with the bar and bring there is none of ecologically sensible approach in the hotel either in the rooms or elsewhere

While certain areas of the hotel feel a bit dated and could benefit from some updates, overall, there were no negative impressions.

The room was cozy and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice and spacious bathroom. The staff was polite and welcoming, and the hotel's location was perfect—close to the city center and the lake, yet wonderfully quiet with no outside disturbances. The breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

The carpet leading to the restaurant needs replacement as well as the restaurant itself. The property used to allow smoking so there is still the cigarette smell.

The location is great, very close to the lake, with lots of greenery around. Our room was amazing, very clean, modern.

There was no AC in the room, however we stayed in the summer and in was still fresh with an open window. For the price of the room we wish the spa was included. There were dirty dishes on the staircases between the floors, which were never cleaned up.

Location was great, pines everywhere. Outside bar was nice and calm, sauna was great, although not included in the price. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was great 😊

Elevator is dark and not showing which floor we are in when we are inside. Also, booking.com reservation does not include sauna and relax services which are included if you book straight via hotel.
