Amazing location! Very clean room! Excellent staff!

When I just arrived, the rooms carpet wasn’t clean. Facilities in bathroom needed to be updated, but in general room looks newly renovated.

The location is perfect: not noisy, but very close to the main city center - 15 mins on foot to the park with the fortress. Helpful and friendly staff speaking English, varied delicious breakfast, good room service. No smoking smells. I read many comments about missing slippers, I also got no slippers when I arrived, but it was resolved by staff when I asked to get it.

We can't complain on anything, everything was perfect !!!

Location of property is Great, in center of city, very close to all interesting facilities. Apartment is new and very well equipment, kitchen was excellent, very clean apartment - we were on top floor and staying there was very warm and feels very nice, just like home. All the time we had great support from owners Nika and Tilen and they recommended all interesting places which we should visit. Apartment has free of charge parking and that is very big advantage. It was one of best apartments which we had stay on our travels till now.

Extra milk or creamer with the tea/coffee in the room would be handy.

Good location in centre ,not far walking distance to airport shuttle bus stops. Walking distance to all sights,shopping and entertainment areas.

The breakfast was good with a variety of food choices,, but the hot items were held in traditional warming trays that really didn’t keep the food hot.

Location was within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go.

Room is really tiny, without any easily accessible electric sockets to charge a phone, let alone work on a laptop.

The room even for a single is small. The prices for the laundry service are high.

The position of the hotel is really good. Walking distance from most places in the center, but also walking distance from Sava Waterfront. The breakfast is very fine. The staff is very collaborative.

the lobby could use a makeover- but that’s just me. The waiter in the restaurant was not very pleasant.

The only thing I didn't like was the sound insulation between the rooms, it could have been a bit better as I could hear my neighbours, and I'm sure they could hear me too.

The hotel is well located on the edge of the main thoroughfare of Belgrade, the check in was quick and the staff were polite and efficient. My room was very clean and everything worked well, the air-conditioning and mini-bar were welcome. The breakfast was very good for the price too.

Nothing unpleasant stands out.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. Restaurant has a rich menu you may wish to try. Prices do not differ much from the city average. Besides there is a discount for hotel guests. The hotel is also located in a central location. Major landmarks are at a walking distance. If you book daily tours from third-party providers they will pick you up in front of the hotel and drop you right there where they picked you up. I am quite content with my experience in overall.

The breakfast and the restaurant are good, the kettle and the fridge are quite useful too. Bathroom is convenient. Wi-Fi is quite good too. Location allows to just have a walk to the center of the city, the pedestrian zones with cafes and shops.
