How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The air conditioner made loud clicking noises throughout the night. Also, the headboard clearly needed to be replaced due to two marks of people’s heads that wore through the fabric. The floor appeared to be covered in hair.
Great location and great value. Very friendly and helpful staff, no question there. The staff and cleaning crew were super friendly.

The location is perfect: everything is close. The room is cozy and nice. There were tableware, hair dryer, hygiene products, all you need. The staff was friendly.

The elevator was kinda smelly and they should have changed the bedsheets
The room was right in the middle of the city centre. You are close to everything and you can walk easily to the main attractions. It was clean and the staff was so helpful. It was spacious and super warm and cozy

Only bit of complaint was that the room was quite hot - we had to keep windows open during the evening and night
Clean, big room, nice bathroom and hot tub, and brilliant location right at the city center!

In older distressed building lobby in another building and different floor. Elevator small and one not usable they take luggage for you.
Location in the historic city center walking distance to most everything great restaurants, nice shower good wifi

When I booked this apartment, I tought that I will stay in the main building, but than at the day of my arrival they said that they upgraded me with a bigger suite which was in another building. That was fine, but that new “upgraded” suite was nothing similar to those on photos. Somehow, overall experience was not pleasant because there were construction workers in the building, door of the apartment was so thin that I could hear everything from oustide of my “suite”. Smell from the bathroom and from room was awful, and It was hard to deal with it. Sunblinds/Curtains didn’t work, so there was no privacy in the room. As well there is broken heating machine which doesn’t have any function since there is heating from the floor. So that machine which is really physically broken, should be removed from the room.
Location was perfect. Guy at the reception was friendly and helpful! Internet was good, room was nicely warm and bed was comfortable.

Pricey but no complaintary breakfast for the price paid , I moved to another property for my rest of the stay for half price with scruptuious bf . the fridge only heats not cools!

even though we booked for transportation the taxi driver didn’t arrive at the airport without any information. also the heating didn’t work

Our room was a kind of small for 2 people, but we stayed just 1 night, so it was not a big deal!
the hotel is ideally located, the stuff is very helpful and welcoming! The only minus was the size of the room.

shame the hotel is in a pedestrian only street, our rented car was parked in a nearby carpark, so this was challenging to walk to hotel with a lot of luggage. Also there was some stairs to climb to get to the lift, also a disadvantage when you have a lot of luggage. now that I know where it is situated, I can plan ahead for next time. i would suggest to also add instant coffee in room, (tea was provided) as there was a kettle, for boiling water. also should provide some milk in mini bar. another unfortunate thing, was a smell in the hallway, not sure if that was a piping issue at the time, I understand the building's are dated....& plumbing could be old. it would have been also helpful if staff explained the area with coffee machine, I only noticed it on our last night there. overall, I would stay there again, regardless of the negative above, now I know how to plan for next time.
the locating was excellent, very close to the main attractions in Belgrade. very clean, staff are very helpful & are willing to help with any situation that may come to hand. Also arranged maxi taxi for us for airport transfer, and helped with luggage to pick up point. clean towels each day. mini bar was well stocked, even though we did not consume much.

Location was right in the center of Belgrade along one of the pedestrian streets just a 2min walk from Republic Square, which is the main plaza. It was in a quiet enough location but still surrounded by plenty of cafes, restaurants, & stores. Absolutely convenient. The room was basic but very comfortable & clean, excellent for a solo traveler.
