Not the best location, dimly lit simple small town street. The hotel is located little down hill from main walking/shopping/dining street, nice exercise for your bum.

Wonderful and professional staff! We had an anniversary with my partner and notified reception about it. So when we went to the spa they were kind enough to provide us with two extra bottles of wine (small ones but still unexpected)! Breakfast is pretty rich for a small hotel like this. Nice interior, great room with big balcony.

Cozy hotel with great location. Very welcoming ladies at the reception. We arrive a bit late but we were welcomed really well and since the beginning we felt like being at home. Rooms are quite big, very clean and beds are comfortable. Breakfast was more than satisfying. Breakfast team was kind and helpful. Every person from the staff that we have talked to was polite and ready to help. Even we didn’t remember their names we would like so say Big Thank You!

The staff was very accommodating. The hotel is on a short walking distance from most of the city's attractions. It is also easy to reach the restaurants on the Sava River. The breakfast was lovely.

Although the cost of an espresso is not high it would be better if it was offered free of charge during breakfast. I would like a discount when you book two rooms instead of a family one because the cost of stay becomes quite high.

The hotel is very well located, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was one of the best that I had recently. Good quality and great variety of local delicacies.

The breakfast coffee was not good and for a cappuccino they charged us extra. The apples, only available fruit, was not fresh. I suggest that breakfast is improved.

we stayed in a hotel for one nihgt, so I can’t rate it’s location. Room is spacious, clean, with perfect soundproof. the personal is very friendly. Breakfast is a bit poor, but you won’t stay hungry and it’s ok for 1-2 nights. the hotel has own parking. wi-fi was good.
