the water in the indoor pool could be a little warmer.

the hotel has its own parking, an excellent breakfast. a little surprise, very beautiful and sweet, upon arrival. quite close to the center of the resort, indoor swimming pool with warm water but quite crowded, excellent spa center, attentive and very polite staff everywhere, it is among the few hotels to which I will definitely return.

The property location is excellent. Near to walking area and good connection with the Lepteria and other beautiful places in the nature. Stuff was very kind. The only suggestion is to let the guests using spa centre after check out time that day, because it really doesn’t cost the hotel but can be good benefit for guests since check out is early. Overall the experience is really nice and my recommendation!

As we rented two rooms, one was really in excellent condition, while the other smelled like sewage from the toilet. The same room had a problem with the faucet, it was not possible to close it. The hotel has two very small elevators, which can fit two people, or one person with a suitcase. As the hotel is very spacious, and has a large capacity of guests it can accommodate, this is something that should be thought about for the future. It was very crowded in the spa area, and only one girl was employed as a waiter and a bartender, so we waited for an hour for coffee and juice. It is important to emphasize that we are really not picky guests, it's just that for that price, everything is expected to be in perfect condition.

This hotel is huge, I traveled with my friends and we had a great time. The rooms are not big, but they are comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are delicious, with a wide variety of food for everyone. There are plenty of parking spaces, although a lot of guests were present, there was no shortage of parking spaces. The spa area is phenomenal, from the outdoor and indoor pools, through the jacuzzi, salt rooms, saunas and gym, a truly phenomenal experience.

The swimming pool area and the spa were too crowded mid-day, but fine in the morning and evening hours.

Location is close to the town centre and walking paths are easily accessible. The spa was good. Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet was really good. The hotel is up to western standards.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, next to a park and a small river. The staff is friendly and always available. Delicious and varied breakfast. There is also a large parking lot and you don't have to park on the street. I recommend to those who are hesitating whether to choose the hotel for a holiday.

I was not super impressed with SPA. The pool inside could be somehow more close to the SPA zone. Also, Jakuzzi is realively small and located on the position where a lot of noise is coming from Jakuzzi into all other SPA areas. Quitness in the SPA could be improved somehow.

Nice and quiet room with spacious and comfy bed. Great view from the terrace, I was enjoying the sound of nature coming from the river and park accross the hotel. The breakfast was very rich. SPA is very big, with many different rooms, including the cold room - my favourite. All in all, everything seems to be prepared in this hotel to the tiniest detail - great work from the hotel staff and management.

Hotel is located on a great place next to river. Hotel exceeded my expectations. Spa and wellness can fulfill expectations to relax, reset and enjoy. Breakfast has a various choices of food. The room with the terrace is beautiful, the size and cleanliness are at a high level. All praise to the friendly staff from reception to H&B and housekeeping for their effort and kindness. I will come back for sure!

Nothing in the hotel will probably be a 'wow', however the value for money is decent.

Rooms, restaurant and amenities are fairly good. Spa is ok and most probably best in town. Location of the hotel is next to a few nice walking/hiking paths. Staff are friendly and helpful, although some of them speak only very basic English.

The staff didn’t explained options for the dinner which caused us using one of the restaurants in the hotel . It was much more expensive than using the block table The restaurant is pretending to have Italian and french kitchen , but unfortunately it has nothing with it . The salad had no dressing , pasta- teliately was not well prepared and has width of 3 centimetres , tuna was overdone and etc.

There is no balcony, it didn't bother us but it would be nice during summer. Animators for the kids in the playroom could be more dedicated.

Very pleasant and helpful employees, ready to make some extra effort to make your stay comfortable. Rooms are cosy and very clean. Location is good, hotel is surounded with trees, very quiet. Breakfast is excellent! Dinner is not so various as breakfast but it is really ok. The pool and facilities were great, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again ❤️
