The hammam wasn’t working, usually it is my favorite part of the spa. In the restaurant, there are four non-smoking tables placed right in the center, surrounded by smoking areas, which doesn’t make much sense.

This was our second time staying here. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is very clean and smells nice, with comfortable beds and good-quality furniture overall.

A small suggestion for improvement would be to add tea or coffee-making facilities in the room. Even a kettle would be a lovely convenience for guests.

The spa is a true highlight—immaculate, peaceful, and equipped with everything you need to unwind and indulge. The rooms were equally impressive, offering a cozy and stylish retreat after a day of relaxation.

Smoking is allowed in the restaurant during breakfast. But it is not the hotel's fault but the Serbian settings overall.

True 5star services. Excellent comfort in every aspect. Amazingly decorated, all premises are brand new. Luxurious hallways. Rooms also top - enough space, perfectly equipped, spotless clean... What is really of worldclass level is hotel's spa. Mostly with few or no other guests it offers magnificent relax. There are 8 different types of saunas!! We loved the salty one. Moreover, spa is adult-only. Breakfast was great too with vast choice of fresh pastry, vegetable, cheese and sauces. We tried both in-room dining and restaurant menu and food was always delicious. Parking right in front of the main entrance included. There is a bus stop just 100 meters from the entrance, busess operate Beograd city every 30 minutes.

Not only you don't have any utensils / tea pot / coffee machine in your room, there is even no free water - please bear it in mind (you'll have it in minibar for extra fee of course). No bathrobe, hence you need to go down to the SPA in your own clothes and moreover.. you'll have to put it on after SPA treatment! which is extremely annoying and uncomfortable. It would be great if it was an additional option (to pay for the bathrobe) - I would definitely go for it!

The cleanliness is exceptional, especially at SPA, which is rare! There are sooo many options for sauna in SPA, the pool is refreshing, overall SPA facilities are impressive. The room is well maintained, clean, spacious, clean as well, brand-new, with great view and lovely balcony, the bathtub is my special love: it is so relaxing to spend time in there! The breakfast is tasty and various.

The room lacks a kettle and utensils, and there are no robes provided, which would have been convenient for going to the spa. This might be useful for some guests to know.

I booked two nights at the hotel to escape the city, and choosing this particular hotel turned out to be an excellent decision. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and smells wonderful. The rooms are also impeccably clean, including the carpeted floors. The bed is comfortable, and the pillows are great—I slept wonderfully. The spa area is nice, though small—on weekdays, it’s a perfect place to relax, and there was hardly anyone else there besides me. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely come back again.

One suggestion is to add coffee or tea-making facilities in the room. If a coffee machine is not possible, at least having a kettle would be nice.

The spa is impeccably clean and spotless, creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages you to relax, slow down, and enjoy the wide range of available content.

Staff is super nice, hotel is new and clean. It smell's amazing from the SPA althoguh we didn't had time to use it. Breakfast is good. Hotel has good wifi and free parking right in front of the hotel. It's 20min away from center of Belgrade.
