Everything was perfect. We had a late check in and there was a receptionist waiting for us. Very convenient parking space in a private lot for free. Everything was cleaned and the location was perfect. Highly recommended . Very friendly staff.

Previous years we could have left the car on the on-site parking while having breakfast, however this year this was not that case - we were asked to leave the parking space at the time we were leaving the premises. Not a huge thing, but something that surprised me.

The only negative thing is that in the room was just a little smell of cigarettes, but this is not the fault of hotel, just uneducated guests that stayed the night before us. For the rest the place was perfect.

The location is perfect, the staff is superfriendly, the best rapport quality/price. The accomodation is in the heart of city center, near you have supermarkets open 24/24 and restaurants.

The walls are very thin, we had a guy next door who was on the phone all night, singing, talking, entertaining etc...and we had an early flight so we didnt have any sleep at all. No shower gel too.

The house was so old and some of thngs was broken, dont seem so clean (outside) and kitchen ! We booked house about 1.30 and 2 oclock was check in -They said the house was not ready and they would inform us - but they didnt almost until 4 (and we wrote and they informed) The younger girl who works here took us the house so long (although it s so near) and didnt inform us about car parking and we walked alot to house from main adress! Quite bad. No light in the ceiling fitting. No socket for bedside lamp. Curtains not on window properly. Electric heater broken. No kettle. Coffee maker burnt could not be used. No tray in microwave so could not use it. Toilet seat does not fit. Damp in bedroom and entrance. No cover on duvet.

Not enough parking space. As we arrived late, it was difficult to find a spot as the yard was full. We choose the location based on parking options. Would be good to know in advance they are limited and not enough for all rooms. We had a room on top of the garage, where it was very hot and the air conditioning didn’t do anything.

I’ve already stayed in this place before and liked it. So I decided to book it again. Location is very important to me (main reason to book Only One Suites again) however they took me to a different location which was not stated on their profile. Also, I was not staying in the room I booked. They offered to see if they can change the room but my friend had no issue with the accommodation so we stayed where we were. Anyway very sketchy situation and it does ruin the previously good experience I had with them.
