The hotel is located in a pleasant location near Petrovaradin Fortress. The staff is friendly, everything was explained and shown, the room was good, there was everything you needed, I definitely recommend it

A very nice family bussines. The room was clean, the bad confortable, good location-near the center (you can walk until then). Safe private parking and you can park also in front of the hotel for free if you find a place. The owner was kind and provide us information about Novi Sad. The breakfast was very good.

Small details could improve the experience, such as adding a makeup mirror in the bathroom, hangers for small towels, and a refrigerator in the room.

I had a great stay at Tvrdjava Rooms! The room was clean, and comfortable, and offered a very relaxing atmosphere. The bed was cozy, and I felt very much at home. I would stay here again and recommend it to others!

The room was very nice, everything was brand new, but it would have been nice to also have a minibar. However, this was not a big problem because there is a restaurant downstairs and another one very close, both having a terrace

The building is brand new, very nice, nice rooms, it has quite a big private parking, breakfast is good, the location is about 10-15 minutes walking distance from the Petrovaradin Fortress and about 20-25 minutes walking distance from the center (you can also ask at the reception to call a taxi to the center - 5 minutes) staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a brand new restaurant downstairs and another one at about 50 m from the hotel.

There was nothing to dislike.

Tvrdjava rooms are brand new, with very clean and tasteful interior, in 15 min walking distance from the main tourist attraction of Novi Sad - the Petrovaradin fortress, and another 15 min walking to the Novi Sad downtown. A big plus is the rather spacious and secure parking in the courtyard (for an additional fee). The hosts are very polite, doing their utmost to satisfy their guests. I highly recommend this place.

No minibar in the room

Stayed for a several days around the Exit Festival with a friend. The hotel was brilliant. Everything is brand new and the host was super helpful. If ever in Novi Sad again, I would 100% stay there again.

Honestly, can’t think of anything!

Excellent, excellent, excellent customer service. The property is owned by a local couple who add a personal touch to everything. They are extremely supportive and go out of their way to facilitate their guests. Once, they dropped us to a nearby mall themselves as a taxi was not available, and when we were checking out, the airport transport service backed out last moment due to a car maintenance issue, and the owner dropped us to the airport themselves (at a cheaper price vs the airport transfer service). The rooms are very clean and modern, given they came in business only in early 2023. You get exactly what you see on booking.com, in terms of rooms cleanliness, decor, services and amenities. If ever in Novi Sad again, I would 100% stay there again.

No handrail on stairways, which could be dangerous for children and old people. No minibar in the room. No options for breakfast at place, you have to go to nearby restaurant.

It's really new hotel with great potential. Secure own parking garage with 24 hours video surveillance and wide entrance. Spacious room, king size bed, AC working both heating and cooling. Very helpful owner (he even helped with the luggage, as there is no lift).

Location is great, only 3 min walk from the old town and the fortress , rooms are very luxurious and clean, WiFi works fast, private and secure parking, the staff was very friendly and helpful!
