The hotel and staff was awesome, they were cheerful and did I good job. Just the autopark was problem and that was hard o park to the street.

There is no “free” water for making tea/coffee in the room. The sauna cools down quite quickly if it is not actively watered.

SPA was overall good. Good cleaning staff and hotel staff in general 🫂 Breakfast is not very varied, but fresh and tasty.

Everything was great from the very first day. Staff in the hotel was very attentive and made our stay even more enjoyable. Pool in the hotel with salt water was very clean and one of the best we had a chance to use so far.

Hotel just a little bit out to much from city centre,however we got to know the buses and trams so this became less of an issue

There are a few things that should be fixed, the steps leading into the pool should not be loose. The water in the jacuzzi is not at the temperature that is written on the board. The door in the sauna doesn't close well so all the heat escapes. The boards on which we sit in the sauna are not well attached.

The staff service was fantastic, from the cleaner, receptionist, waiter to the manager. They helped us feel nicer in the hotel.

Paid parking . Paid breakfast. The spa is working only from 09:00-22:00, could be 24h.

Very clean. Box of necessary things for your stay such as toothpaste, toothbrush and etc. Comfy rooms. Great bed.

We did not had a problem in leaving the keys of the car at the reception, this is mentioned when you book the parking, however for some it can be. The parking in 15 eur/day.

We had a family room, double bed and one sofa bed. Nice space, clean, we had everything what was needed. Confortable beds, room with balcony with the view in the interior. Room is cleaned every day. Breakfast was inluded and was good for us. We had acces to the pool and sauna. It was nice to have a place to relax after a long day of walking the city.

Breakfast has a large room for improvement. The sauna cabin is losing heat rather fast, I think the door is missing a silicone layer on its side.

Recommending a great massage, 10/10. Nice SPA area, a warm pool with jacuzzi. Very clean, huge shopping center near the hotel.

THE BLOW DRYER HAD A PLASTIC PIECE ON TOP THAT KEPT FALLING ON THE FLOOR AFTER FEW MINUTES OF USE. I WOULD INVEST IN A NEW BLOW DRYER FOR SURE GIVEN THE FACT THAT EVERYTHING ELSE LOOKED GREAT.

I GOT THE ROOM ON THE TOP LEVEL, AND THE VIEWS WERE GREAT. STAFF WAS SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL. ROOM WAS SPECIOUS AND CLEAN WITH THE HUGE BATHROOM. CLEANING LADY WAS CHANGING THE TOWELS AND THE SHEETS ON THE DAILY BASES.

The coffee machine was a bit cranky and could only be operated with help - maybe the management should consider a new one? Communication in English was bumpy, but the staff is very kind and helpful.

Nice hotel in a vivid living area, everything - like super markets, ATMs, bus and tram stops - is nearby and in walking distance. The room was up to international standards for a hotel of this category. Breakfast had a good variety of sweet/savoury and beverages. I didn't test the spa.

The location seems a bit far from strict city center.

A good service. Hotel staff are super lovely and always tries to help you out with everything you need. The SPA area with its water pool and dry sauna are best places to rest and relax. All are well maintained.

The hotel is situated not far from the downtown but it is not a walkable distance so we had to use the car. However the hotel is pretty new, very comfortable, really good breakfast and nice pool. The personnel has been always kind and nice. The number of the parking slots are limited though so book it in advance

The showery waterfally thingies from the main promo picture used everywhere were rusted away and not functional. Main door to the spa was difficult to open. Bathroom door in the room was difficult to close. All very minor things like that, but they sort of add up to being a bit frustrating.

Room was great, fully supplied, you get towels and bathrobes and slippers, all toiletries, etc. We had a terrace even though it wasn't in the pictures. The shower is big and even has a spot to sit at. The spa was great, very enjoyable, and not too crowded, we had it for ourselves for quite a bit. Everything was clean and orderly. Spa works I think 8am-10pm, which is great. Employees were very nice.
