How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel turned out to be far away from the main part of town where most of the restaurants are located. Anyway, the receptionist ordered taxis for us to get there so it wasn't a big problem.
Hotel Zeder Garni is a super place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and stocked with everything you need - coffee, tea, toiletries. Breakfast is various and very tasty. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

Far from the city center, it takes a long time to reach by taxi or public transportation.
Great hotel! The rooms are small but cozy. The room includes a kettle, coffee, tea, toiletries, a hairdryer, and slippers. There's also a mini-bar. The mattress is very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, with a variety of delicious options. For the price, it’s more than good.

Family room is not a single room. It is two connected rooms. So don’t get this if you’re looking for extra space. It is good if you have a family though. Pet friendly? Well. Sort of. Yes pets are allowed but for breakfast different rules apply. You cannot have your breakfast if you come with your pet. Not right!!!
Location. If you’re just sleeping over to Belgrade and continue your trip the hotel is ideally located.

The address in Booking if you follow you won’t get to the hotel. Took me THREE HOURS driving around

Location a bit off so better to have a car or take a taxi.
Great and comfy room, quadruple room was actually two cojoined twin rooms so it had two bathrooms which was a big plus. Free parking and free breakfast, nice!

All was fine.
The hotel is close to the highway and you can park for free on the location. Rooms are not top, but for sure good for a one night stay and you pay what you get. You have value for your money. Breakfast is OK.

A bit far from the city center, the furniture looks old and the bed and pillows not very comfortable...it's more like a 3 star hotel. The food was generally good but the veggies didn't look very fresh. The courtain in the room seemed to be very dirty. The room is very small.
Easy to find hotel closed to the highway. Very nice staff that speaks English. Parking place available. Good quality towels. Good breakfast.Fridge in the room.

We spent there only one night because our flight was cancelled. The hotel is close to the airport (by car). They also offer breakfasts and transfer to the airport. The staff was very nice and helpful.

From 12 am to 1 am we listened noise, I don't know what the reason was of it. But it's really spoiled to sleep, sounded like washing machine... Pillows are really small, it's absolutely not comfortable. And this why price didn't match with offer.
Staff is great, cleanliness is ok, also there was variety of breakfast.

Honestly wouldn’t rate this hotel as a 4 star hotel, compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in Belgrade. Rooms really need an update.

There wasn't much juice on offer at breakfast (only orange juice) and the sweet pastries were old and dry. Due to its location, we recommend this hotel to those with a car.
The staff was nice and helpful. The room is also well equipped, comfortable and clean. And we were able to park our car for free directly next to the building.
