if you do not take a bath but a shower, the bathroom gets wet =/ bathtub may need a curtain or something else.

We love the location, you take off from the bus which brings you from the airport in 2 min you are at Zigzag, from there you can walk anywhere you want. The room was nice, a good bedroom with a balcony and quite a large bathroom and a living room with a kitchen where you can eat, cook, drink or rest and lay down a bit. There is a toaster, fridge and a cooker in the kitchen. There is an area where you can put your luggage and coats etc which is really useful. Room, bathroom everything was clean, not a problem about that. Our host was lovely also, she helped her as much as she can, even did not forget to celebrate my wife's birthday and gave us a gift. thanks again to her.

ZigZag Apartment is really comfortable and has a central location. Very close with Knez Mihailova street, cafes and shopping area and walking distance to many historical and touristic places. Apartment has every necessary equipments. Apartment host, beautiful Jasmin(e) is so kindest, helpful and cheerful person. Really thanks for everything.

There was nothing that bothered me at the facility and staff

The most helpful owner and staff I have ever seen in my life. They helped us to go to the important derby match that was in the city that day and many other things, my process of getting help on whatsapp continued after I returned, they helped me find the beautiful songs I heard :) If you are planning to go to the city by taxi from the airport, you can definitely trust the hotel, the reliable taxi in the city for the price. They send you a driver for the same price as a pink taxi. It was like getting favors from friends I've known for years. There is no breakfast option at the property, instead they offer a full kitchen for you to experience the city as a resident rather than a tourist.

Location - arguably the best in the city, few min walk to the main shopping street, and walking distance to the famous bars and restaurants. Communication with owner - professional, fast and reliable. Secure public parking (about 12 euros for 24h) few hundred meters away.

- I visited in New Year's Eve week, so the price was very high compared to regular times (but this was for all hotels and houses in Belgrade). - The next-door neighbors were noisy (starting in the morning and continuing in the evening). - Wifi can be faster.

+ Great Employees: They are so friendly, helpful, and lovely. Check-in and check-out were the easiest in my life. + Central: The apartment is very central. 2-3 min walk to the biggest street in Belgrade. You are within walking distance of everywhere, especially most touristic places, good restaurants, and bars. + Transportation from the airport: you can take shuttle A1; the shuttle stops at the central bus station, and then you walk 15-20 min to the apartment (the shuttle takes 20-30 min if there is no traffic). Or you can take the public transportation bus 72, leave the bus at Zeleni Venac station and walk for 3-4 min (the bus stops at a lot of stops, so it takes 50 min from the airport). + Quiet: Even though it's central, it's still quiet (no street noises) + Clean apartment: The apartment was old but very clean. They left small presents. + Heating: heating was perfect. It's possible to change the setting as you wish.

The location of the apartment is just in the heart of the city. The apartment was the same as in the pictures. I had to work while staying in Belgrade, the internet was fast and the atmosphere in the apartment was so comfortable. You have absolutely everything in it, you feel as if you are at home. The two girls who work at the apartment were incredible, they showed great understanding when we check in, and they allowed me to leave my suitcase in the apartment even after the check out. I would recommend this place from my whole heart

Nothing. Keep up the good work! PS. Maybe a microwave in the kitchen would add more value to the apartment. All other amenities necessary in the kitchen for a few days were available.

Everything was really great! Very central location of the apartment, really easy check-in / check-out procedures and excellent communication with the owner. The apartment has everything needed for a short stay in Belgrade. Parking services were a little bit expensive (25,00 EUR/day), but for us it was very important to have the car parked in a very safe place (24 h personnel available), having also the opportunity to take it out and bring it again at parking, whenever we need to use the car. Coffee sachets available for a very morning coffee were definitely a very pleasant surprise. :)
