Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The stay was excellent!! The hotel was brilliant and experience was exceptional. The rooms were smaller than expected but to a very high standard and quality! The staff in every area where brilliant. From My room attendant Jean and the towel decorations was 1st class! Miguel in the Gym Restaurant Penelope and Joyesue were both amazing and very attentive. Pascaline in the Bar area was always helpful and at hand to help. Front Desk staff Moses, Lyncaa (girl with the braids upset I have misspelt her name!) and of course Kenzo were brilliant and super helpful! Special praise goes out to Cliff the Manager who was exceptionally helpful patient and understanding. Lovely experience all round!

South KoreaMy room 211 on the second floor was not soundproof. I can hear chairs moving from 1 am to 4 am, I guess from another guest above my room. While in bed, I can hear the alarm and the mobile phone vibrating from the guest next door through the wall. I had a puddle in the bathroom after taking a shower that never goes even though I ensured the door of the shower was closed with the rubber. There are other hotels cheaper with bigger rooms and bigger swimming pools around the area which made me question the quality and high price of the Sheraton Four Points
The staff was excellent, the place was always clean. There was always free popcorn at the bar from 6 pm till 10 pm.

South AfricaThe only thing I think could be better was the access to the shower. The shower is in the bath and the width to get in to the bath was hard to step Over.
The hotel is newly opened: there were no teething issues everything ran well. It was spotlessly clean. The staff were attentive and the food offered at breakfast was vast and good.
