Saudi ArabiaThe only issue that i didn't like is parking, while booking there mention that free parking available, and also before i pay for my reservation i asked the staff that is there parking available they said yes but once i paid for my reservation and get the keys of rooms i asked the staff where is the parking and they replied to me go and find at the road that is totally wrong,they should provide parking or else shouldn't promise for free parking while reservation..
The rooms were so good as described and the staff were generous..

MaldivesI had done the booking for 1 double bed (queen or king size bed) coz we are couples. But the room came with 2 single bed keeping close together. And no towels, no tv remort, phone is not working, couldn't call to reception to ask for towels.
I like the smiling receptionist who is very friendly. Toilets are very clean. Room is big. Beautiful design.

United KingdomNo hot water No towels No WiFi in my room No network in my room so I need to go out of the room to make a phone call No curtains in the shower Bus does not move on time (some times before sometimes after). I came on time and they said it went few minutes before its time. One big No: the pillows are covered with clean sheets but they are dirty and full of blood. You can find much better options in Makkah with much less price.

MauritaniaThis is very cheap hotel compared to the quality of the hotel, so don't expect more luxurious stuff like soap and shampoo and other small gifts you find in expensive hotels so bring yours just in case. But the price and location are superb
The reception was really kind everything was great, the room was big also the bathroom, And beds were really comfortable. The location was great actually compared to the price it was a hit. There was a big commercial centre in the area where there was everything you need from gifts and clothes.

Saudi ArabiaI had a terrible experience with this hotel. I arrived at 4:00 PM as per my reservation, but the reception staff informed me there were no available rooms. They were uncooperative and made me wait for over two hours without taking any action. Since I had to perform Umrah, they assured me they would arrange a room. However, when I returned at 12:00 AM, no room had been prepared for me. Instead, they suggested I go to a faraway hotel, even though other guests were checking out. It became clear that they were deliberately avoiding honoring my booking at the reserved rate. This unacceptable behavior completely ruined my trip. I had to find another hotel by myself, as I had to travel the next day. I strongly advise against booking this hotel, as they are unreliable and do not respect confirmed reservations.
