There's no bus shutter to al haram, and there's no buffet for lundch and dinner

15 min walk to haram as per location stated. So be prepared for that, taxi fare to haram is approximately 20 riyals. Hotel wise, good value for money.

Everything, the location, the staff, the Restaurant. All was top notch. The proximity to Haram is 15 minutes walk away. The staff was very helpful especially the receptionist Dooa, she paid for my taxi because I didn’t have change. Very welcoming staff.

Everything. Just 20 minutes walk from Haram. Why I booked it was because the Haram Extension area is closest from here and that's where you always get space for prayer. Super clean rooms. The best of the best.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Check-in was smooth, but the breakfast rules were unclear. The room was decent with all the basics, but not very spacious. However, the real issues began at the restaurant. Despite food being included in my booking, the staff insisted otherwise and were quite rude about it. On another occasion, I paid an exorbitant price for Suhoor, only to be shortchanged and faced with reluctance from staff to rectify the error. The WiFi was unreliable, and to top it off, there was confusion over breakfast on the day of my checkout. The receptionist was argumentative and unable to provide clear policies. Overall, my experience was marred by poor service and communication, leaving me extremely dissatisfied. I won't be returning to this hotel.

Price. Also, there is no shuttle service for a hotel located 1.5kms from haram that involves a steep way towards Jabal Omar.

All the necessary things provided when asked however these should have already been there in the room.

During all my stay at this establishment, I didn't get any breakfast, whereas it was included with my reservation. I paid to have breakfast included. I asked sevwral times the staff at the lobby to check my reservation and each time they told me the same answer, that breakfast wasn't included even when I show them my reservation references and text from booking explaining that it is included. The day before check out, a lady from the staff checked my reservation and told me that breakfast was indeed included with my reservation and that it was some mistake from the staff to deny me breakfast. So I spent a week without getting breakfast from this hotel and I had to eat outside. It was during ramadan, and the breakfast was a important meal to take.

Due to the road closures it’s hard to get to and out of the hotel using a car/transport. Especially if you are coming at a time near any prayers. Being down hill made it even harder to walk to Haram with a 15 mins steep walk up hill. This becomes a little easier while coming back to the hotel. The Suhoor food options could be better and it’s better to go out and eat local food as easily available nearby. The review is based on a solo traveler with average to good health.

Property is well maintained, and clean. These were the only but very important points.

1. Shower area drain was partially blocked hence overflowed. 2. Mould in Shower area. 3. Breakfast (Suhoor) time was till 5:00 am as per info at reception but they removed everything including water at 4:40. Hence could not finish our meal. 5. Laundry bag provided in room but no laundry service in hotel. There is a local laundry near by. 4. It is far from Haram, taxi charges SAR 10-20 to take you there but not easy to get a taxi back.

The (dark skinned) male employee at the reception who works there at night. He doesn't smile at all with the clients. A person which is working in a service oriented job should never be like this. He was not friendly.

The female employee at the reception who's name is Doaa (دعاء) was very friendly and very professional. May Allah give her al Jannah. The room was very calm and clean, very good. The rainshower in the bathroom was perfect. The staff of the restaurant was very friendly
