Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Everything was excellent. Staff was very professional and respectful. Room was clean and was being serviced when you requested. I mean it was an extra ordinary experience. Thank you Three Point Musalli for a wonderful experience. I will stay there again and again whenever I visit Makkah. I want to mention Bellboy/doorman Jahid Ballman, He was extremely helpful in arranging my transportation to and from Makkah to Madinah. Thank you Jahid.

It's a hidden gem of a place a KM and half away from Haram. Somewhat doesn't show from outside but inside it's very clean and upgraded. Very comfortable and rooms/bathrooms very clean and stylish and can be compared with any higher stars hotels.

QatarThe location is not close to Masjid Al Haram, walking would take approx. 30 min and walking seems difficult as the place is really crowded. Taxi is better option, but beware of those fake taxis who would charge you with twice or thrice the actual rate for your ride to Masjid. Better choose those taxis who are authorised to ride legally and make some bargaining before you start the journey.
The staff was nice and all the facilities in the Hotel exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was included along with the booking, and it was excellent. It was a pleasant stay with lot of wonderful experiences.

It was convenient area close but still need taxi or Uber. It was hard to get a taxi from the Haram because no taxi wanted to go that way.

SudanNot something negative however feedback to the hotel. It would be great if the hotel could provide a shuttle to Haram to further support the value provided.
The rooms are super clean and the beds are comfortable. My family and I went for Umrah and it was so relaxing to come back to the hotel after a long day. The location is also quite close to Haram and everything was excellent about the hotel including staff, comfort, location and value.

We booked the rooms( 3rooms)from day before and we informed at we will arrive early in the morning but we found at we didn’t have rooms and we must wait to clock 14 to get our rooms That means at we missed one night and the hotel We were very tried and the most unexpected at the hotel insisted at we must bayed for the first night also in spite of at we didn’t have any room form 07 til 14 but we bayed for this night???!
